Hostel 24

What you pay versus what you get was disappointing. Ants in the kitchen and it’s small but you manage. Bathroom smelled like pee and the smell leaked into the room and there was mold on the shower curtain. The bed was nice and clean though. I didnt see anywhere to store my stuff (no lockers). Reception isn’t 24/7 but the girl who messaged me to give me details for the keys was really nice. The doors are also hard/confusing to open. Good location.

picture doesn’t match with the actual room. location is good but room is very old . stayed in ground floor,bathroom was very old and smelly .

Room did not match the photos online and there was lots of mold in the bathroom. Staff was kind but only there for a few hours the whole day.

We had a private room with a bunk bed, and the layout was so odd! There was lots of mold in the room too, and overall it just didnt feel the cleanest. Very anti-social hostel, and unstaffed most of the time! Probably would not stay here again.

Best hostel in ljubljana... staff was very co operative... room, bed, location, cleanliness, 3 mins walking distance from old town, 15 mins walk from bus station, 2 mins walking distance grocery shop .... i had wonderful time ... thank you 😊 so much making my trip more beautiful 😍 💕

The room did not meet the standards in the pictures. The room was dirty and smelled like lute/rotten, and we definitely feel like we didn’t get value for our money. We wanted to talk to the staff about it, but they were never there. In addition, when having such a distant staff, guests do as they please. Our room was next to the washing machine, which kept going all night.

Chambre salle, les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Pleins d'humidité dans la chambre, une très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain.

I stayed for one night, it was peaceful. The staff were super friendly and the beds were clean. Everything was within a safe walking distance around the hostel and a majority of the city. Not a super social hostel as the kitchen/common area was in the basement. The bathrooms might need an upgrade soon but for me they were good enough. I’d stay there again

The room was nice but the bathroom was really small and so there was a an unpleasant smell as soon as you opened the room. And also the mattress was not comfy at all

The frying pans and cooking plates were terrible, otherwise a nice place:)

Ganska sjabbigt, våningssängar som knarrar så fort någon rör sig. Pyttelitet privat rum men bra läge.

Nice staff. Good value for money, next to city center and supermarket. Room was nice and spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was not very illuminated, maybe changing the lightbulb to a brighter one fixes it. They kept our luggage after check out which was helpful. Would stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in una stanza doppia con bagno privato. L’ostello si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Negli orari di apertura della reception, abbiamo sempre trovato qualcuno pronto ad aiutarci. La camera era dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita. Anche il bagno pulito. La nostra camera affacciava direttamente sulla strada al piano terra, quindi si sentivano un po’ di rumori. Cucina ben fornita, possibilità di fare lavatrice e asciugatrice (...

we booked the private room with 4 beds. the room was so small that was difficult to move inside of it. the bathroom was even smaller with a sketchy shower and even sketchier toilet. overall the room felt outdated and not comfortable although the beds were ok. the hostel had a really small kitchen and small common areas

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern im Familienzimmer mit eigenem Bad ! Es war super ! Top Lage ! Und sauber und alle haben klasse für die eine Nacht geschlafen. Auch die Mitarbeiterin war super nett !

Staff were good at communication over email when I checked in late but didnt see them at all during my stay. It was mostly the facilities that were not as expected from the photos. The rooms are small with creaky bunk beds (clean beds though) and smaller bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are very old and moldy. You can also hear every noise from the bathroom from your bed. Aircon was great. Small metal lockers are provided but won’t fit a suitcase. Room doors don’t automatically lock

Great location and comfortable ensuite private room. Staff member was very friendly and helpful, though only on duty for a few hours in the afternoon. Kitchen is small and limited and downstairs in the basement, but has all the essentials to make breakfast or a simple evening meal. You can leave luggage and keep key to building after check out which is very useful. Central to the city and not far from the station. It's worth visiting the castle and getting a combined ticket for FUNICULAR

The room was fine but the bathroom was not of a good enough standard. It smelled bad and the shower curtain was mouldy. The shower was also not mounted to the wall which made it hard to use

Apart from the location there is little to recommend this hostel. I have never had to go outside round the back and down a staircase to access the kitchen before. Nobody around hardly seen anyone on reception. There is no cooker only hobs that don’t work properly. In my room there were steps everywhere don’t come back drunk you may trip a break your neck. Beds were average I would not stay here again.
