Cheap and central. The capsule style dorms are what they are, functional and discreet. The door to my shared dorm room did not self-lock, meaning if someone went to the shared bathroom, or otherwise left the room it was easy for the doir to remain unlocked. The room was unattended and towels from previous guests lay on the floor for two days and their beds were unmade. The mens bathrooms smelt strongly of sewer gases and hot water took 4-5 minutes to reach the showerhead.
I love it, location is amazing, it’s clean and the crew is really nice
One of the prettiest, most comfortable hostels I've ever been to in the world. Really great staff and super cozy beds
By far, this is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at—and I have a feeling it’ll hold that title for a long time. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but the dorm beds (pods) are incredibly comfortable. They offer all the privacy you could ask for, without sacrificing space or comfort. Absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, and the bed, linen, and towels were immaculate. The bathroom was exceptionally clean—truly crystal clear, as the saying goes. If I had to mention any downs...
The staff is very kind and friendly. The private room and bath was updated and clean.
Amazing hostel in the best possible location in Tel Aviv. We stayed in a private room that was as good as a hotel room and was very clean and nice. There were a couple of minor problems though. The cafe in the lobby closes at 6 but the after hours code only starts working at 8pm, meaning you’re locked out completely from 6-8pm. Also, the shower takes 15 minutes to even get to lukewarm. All in all, definitely worth the cost — better than nearby hostels for the same price.
Clean, quiet and spacious. I had a 6-bed dorm all to myself. The hostel gives you towels, shampoo, and soap, and the showers were clean and had good hot water. Beds are comfortable. Location is great - walking distance from the center and the beach. There is also a bike rental nearby if you want to travel further. Staff are friendly and speak English. Highly recommend!
The place is pristine, but it is not a fun hostel. There is no fridge or communal kitchen (or at least i did not find it). The walls are black, and there are no windows in the dorm, so it felt very depressing. However, location is nice and it is clean so if you need a spot to stay, it is fine, just don't expect to make tons of friends or feel at home.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Facility is clean and nice. The staff went beyond and extra to accommodate me. I would stay here agin.
Great hostel in a great location. Room we're tidy with comfortable beds.
Isla is a really nice place to stay! I stayed in a private room which had everything that I needed. Please do note that this isn’t really a backpackers hostel and I didn’t connect with anyone that also stayed here.
Super auberge à tous points de vue.
One of the best hostels I have stayed at. The staff was lovely and the coffee shop is nice to have access to. The location cannot be beat and the staff is pretty incredible, they are always cleaning and making sure the place is tidy. However we did get some small bites on our legs and it is really hot at night so it is really hard to sleep at night if you are hot natured.
Pros: clean, comfortable room. Great cafe attached to the hostel. Cons: our room was next to the door that leads from the cafe to the rooms. The door is very loud when it clicks shut. With people going in and out all day (and almost constantly from around 6pm to 11pm and starting again at 5am both days we were there) it was impossible to get a good nights rest or a rest in the afternoon. I really wanted to love this place but because of the noise, I wouldnt stay again.
Excellent place to stay, only one thing wish there was a mirror in the room
Great place
