All very good! Staff very kind

I felt very welcome right from my arrival. The staff was so friendly and helpfull, it has a kitchen where you can prepare your own food, comfortable beds, hot shower, socail atmosphere, good location, everything you need. If you are a diver even better because they offer everything but you are also welcome if you don't dive. Would recommend to stay there 100%.

I stayed for 3 days and the staff are amazing and very accommodating. At first, I stayed on a top bunk with no socket and they were really nice to have me transfer to a lower double bunk bed with socket. I didn’t get the chance to dive since I didn’t know at first then I wasn’t able to squeeze it in after my working hours since I work remotely. I even left my windbreaker but they are very nice to sent it back to me so I am sorry for causing inconvenience but they’re all great especially ...

I had a wonderful stay at Reef Haven in Puerto Galera. From the very beginning, I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and I would especially like to mention Lesly (sorry if I didn’t spell the name correctly), who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Great property to set up for a dive.

Basic dorm in a dive center. Everything was clean, good wifi, hot shower and comfy bed with curtains. The staff is so lovely and welcoming, they make you feel like family. I can also recommend the dive center. Its professional and the instructors and guides are great

I had an awesome stay at Reef Haven. All of the staff are very friendly and passionate about diving and nature-care. I had two great diving instructors Julienne and Louisa help me go through open and advanced open water certificates - with both ease and lots of fun. Es un hostal pleno de empatía y buena vibra. Cerca del muelle y de restaurantes. Hay varias actividades que hacer en la zona y caminando un poco por la isla. Si buscas vida submarina este es el lugar: gente amable, profesional y disponible para acompañarte en el buceo y el snorkel. Amazing dive shop/hostel run be really nice and cool people:)) They were really helpful with everything and ended up convincing me to get my Open Water certificate after my Discover Scuba dive. I felt incredibly safe in their hands and could tell that they took teaching you all the skills seriously. In addition, all the people I met were very fun to drink Red Horse, SM light and sing karaoke with!! Furthermore, Puerto Galera is a beautiful area with many cute beaches and nature spots.

Julienne and her team are brimming with positivity and were helpful and accommodating at every turn. Not only is Reef Haven in a superb location on the quiet side of Puerto Galera, it is also the embarkation point for your diving adventures with excellent guides who have intimate knowledge of the ecosystems and flora and fauna in the area. Reef Haven feels like a community rather than a resort or dive shop - a place where you can make real connections with the people there.

Reef Haven has a good location as it is just outside of the main town but has bars and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The private room was clean and spacious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I didn’t want to scuba dive but I was able to go out on the boat and snorkel. As a solo traveller it was easy to meet people on the boat and in the hostel, but it is not the most social hostel!

Reef Haven is amazing!!! The people there are genuinely so kind-hearted; they make you feel incredibly welcome. The location is perfect, just outside the busy Sabang, but with everything you need nearby. Also, the accomodation is everything you need and more. We learned to dive there, and we wouldn't have preferred to do it anywhere else in the world! The underwater world of Muelle Bay is breathtaking. Julienne, Trish, Luisa, Marie and all the kuyas and ates will always be in our hearts!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Reef Haven. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They consistently went out of their way to help us, whether it was arranging transportation, making booking adjustments, recommending or inviting us to restaurants, and answering any questions we had (even before arriving!) about our travels in the Philippines. We also had Trish as a diving instructor who was so caring and encouraging as she taught the open water diving course. Highly recommended stay!

Stayed two nights at Reef Haven and really enjoyed it. It’s a quiet, clean, and cozy place with a relaxed vibe. Rooms are simple but comfortable, and the fans keep things cool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great location—close to the pier but away from the noisy areas. Plus, they care about marine conservation and offer diving. Definitely recommend it for a peaceful stay in Puerto Galera.

Lovely hostel with a well run & safe scuba diving operation. The owner and unofficial mayor of Puerto Galera - the wonderful Ms julienne - is a true bamf (along with the rest of the staff). Much nicer location than the touristy Sabang strip in my humble opinion. Enjoyed the stay, was planning on being in Puerto galeta for only a few night nights but extended to 10. Downside is the non-a/c dorm can get a lil bit toasty hot even with each bed having its own fan.
