Perfect stay !

Overall nice hostel. Had everything everything we needed. Definitely not a boring stay!

Les chambres sont chères pour ce qui est proposé. Les chambres sont sombres ont dirait des chambres ds prisons, de plus c’était sale. Le seul point positif c’est que l’établissement est dans quartier calme et agréable, le centre est facilement accessible à pied

I booked the Flying Pigs after reading numerous reviews but it turned out to be a terrible choice. The premium price of around 240 euros for two nights was a bit steep, especially considering the lack of a functional toilet on the same floor. Even the floors above and below only had one working toilet which was incredibly frustrating. The staff in the restaurant seemed preoccupied with their own tasks rather than attending to guests. I had high hopes but they were all dashed.

Awesome hostel on thing is steep stairs but other than that perfect

No me gustó la ubicación, solo cerca de la plaza de los museos. El resto de lo principal está al menos a media hora caminando. No cuenta con laundry room. Camas cómodas e ingreso con tarjeta lo que lo hace seguro

nice price for the location, but there are no washing rooms, the toilets are so tiny and dirty, the sinks are right next to the toilet and are soo tiny, it's almost impossible to wash your face properly. rooms were okay, some 6 bed rooms don’t have a park view, luggage storage is like 4 euros per day i think

O banheiro apesar de ser limpo todos os dias tem um cheiro muito desagradável. Guardei uma sobremesa numa bolsa que foi corroída por um rato a noite!

Auberge de jeunesse bien placée et propre avec une bonne ambiance. Cependant, ayant eu la chambre au premier étage au dessus du bar, nous entendions toutes les vibrations et les musiques de celui ci jusqu'à sa fermeture, à 2 heure du matin tous les jours de la semaine. Je n'avais pas trouvé l'information concernant l'horaire du bar dans la description de l'auberge. A l'avenir, ce serait bien de le mettre en avant ou de le préciser surtout pour les chambres au premier étage.

The people working there are really nice and friendly but two of the men in our room were extremely rude and disrespectful. They would come inside the room at 4 am completely intoxicated and create a ruckus in the room, make a lot of noise, and disturb everyone. The beds in the hostel do not have curtains so you have no privacy at all.

Great hostel, but the bathrooms are extremely small, mixed and not clean.

Perfecto, te agrego ese cierre con más peso (queda fuerte pero creíble): --- During our stay, we experienced extremely unsanitary and unacceptable conditions. On our very first night, we began hearing persistent noises around our belongings, which immediately made us uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the situation escalated: the following day, we discovered rodent droppings among our personal items, and on the day of our departure, we clearly saw a rat moving among our belongings. Dorms were fine. Smoking room and bar was lovely. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but I understand things can get gross quick when you’ve got a lot of people filtering in and out. The location is a bit of a walk from city center and is expensive for being at such a distance, but not too ridiculous. Would stay here again.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und sehr saubere duschen, jedoch sind die Toiletten ganz schlimm! War ein witziges Wochenende aber ich hoffe wir haben uns nichts eingefangen in den Toiletten

It’s a cool place and the staff is really nice. I didn’t like the breakfast though, it’s too expensive for what you get. The toilets did really stink. But I liked the shower-situation. In general I think it’s a good place for you if you are under 25. It’s good for partying but it’s not really cosy or good to read because the music is very loud.

stayed only one night but it was pleasant

I’ve stayed in uptown and downtown flying pig in Amsterdam now. In terms of hostels, downtown is a lot better than uptown. The hostel felt like you had no privacy, a bit unsafe and not clean really. The bar and social area of the hostel were absolutely brilliant. Where else in Amsterdam can you get a pizza and half a pint for €9. Thought that was really good. If you like having a green space on your door it’s brilliant however miles away from downtown. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Personal súper amable te ayudan en lo que necesites camas cómodas buen desayuno solo falta más limpieza en los baños y el internet muy malo todo lo demás bien tanto el personal como la ubicación
