It was fantastic stay with them staff was awesome 👍

First, that is a place where many people live in. I did not meet tourist people. They put me in a room where two guys were living there for months as it seems, full of personal staff, even pot with food. I met other people that made me feel insecure. The young lady who made me the check in was very helpful and good. However, the lady who made me the check-out she was very tough. I asked to leave my luggage in the store room and she denied me that. For that reason I had to change my trip. So bad!

Das Hostel war okay, ist etwas außerhalb aber unschlagbar günstig. aber man bekommt eben für was man zahlt, eher kleine Zimmer und die Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Das Personal war soweit aber nett und die Küche ist Recht groß. Insgesamt eher ein Hostel für etwas ältere die in der Stadt arbeiten. Aber wie gesagt Preis ist top und da kann man auch nicht so viel erwarten.

Underrated for the price and facilities, very nice hostel the demographic of people is a little atypical but they were still nice. There was one receptionist who was super helpful.

Great location, welcoming and taking care of cleanliness team. Bedroom was a bit small, noise outdoors in the evening.

Very unhygienic and full of individuals that were not welcoming. The staff was okay, but the other people that we were going to share the room with, not nice at all. At the end we left from the hostel

As a young woman traveling I did not feel safe at all. There is no locks on any of the doors. No space for privacy and since all the other customers were men I would've liked to be able to lock my door.

I didn't feel safe as a female, door does not lock neither at the entrance, neither at the room. I had some drunk men coming to the room at 2 am looking for something and speaking Russian or Ukranian. I don't even know if they were from the hostel or outside. I agree that you get what you paid for, but the security.. Also there was no lockers for the items, the girl at the reception told me to keep everything with me, so I had to book a storage in the city for my laptop. Also didn't accept card

Firstly it was too far from the centre and mostly I think I was the only one traveller in this hostel and was all filled with refugees. Then the bed was not cleaned properly and the bathroom was stinky, water everywhere with dirty tissue paper thrown in the shower, lockers were there but it was all occupied by the people staying there for months together and all above this there was no privacy at all. The lady at the reception was good and kind but the people staying their uff..!

As a hostel owner in my past I'd hate to rate a hostel badly.. Breaks my heart. But those guys needs a wake up call.... Angry girl check-in. Not even a smile. Room full of beds with no place to move. No window.. No ventilation. Underground. WTF. Shower and toilets were so extremely wet and dirty. Packed with refugees I can't say I've felt safe. The only glimpse of light in that staying was the guy next to me, we had the most amazing conversation about the heroic ppl of Azerbaijan+it...

Es una casa con cuartos en renta para indocumentados, no un hostal. Está súper sucio y huele horrible.

Beds were clean & surprisingly comfortable, kitchen was spacious. Bathrooms were somewhat dirty but the showers were warm. Main concern was with security: neither the hostel entrance nor my room door were locked, and I didn't get a key or anything. I had a padlock for my bag but nowhere to use it. Didn't know about the luggage storage option at the time so can't speak to that. My bags ended up fine & everyone there seemed nice, but you never know (and I did have some food taken from the kitchen)

The hostel is certainly not the most luxurious, but the staff pleased me, the girl at the reception was nice and helpful. The location of the hostel is acceptable, it is not difficult to get there and it's not difficult to find either

I enjoyed being the only female their every one was respectful and kind I enjoyed living amongst immigrants as a black American it was beautiful I hate racism!! The facility the ladies kept clean were very nice ladies it’s just a little far but I’d definitely come back!! Very clean and orderly hostel!!! Dirty, 0 privacy and stinky. The recepcionist is really nice and caring, but the place is a mess and can be somewhat scary by the space closure with orher guests, who sleep litersly next to you and some in areas outaide the rooms. In general sketchy.

The clientele is 100% immigrants no one tourists in the hotel. Very loud and not clean! Very uncomfortable! I will not recommend to any European standard.
