I absolutely loved this gem of a hostel - what a lovely location with a community ethos creating a warm and welcoming environment and maintaining a heritage site in stunning order!

Great Hostel, lovely staff, great kitchen and good location.

Such a warm welcome from Angela! She guided me to my room and told me the best scenic way to Malen Head as well as the way into the town only a short distant walk. My ensuite room was clean and comfortable. The nearby kitchen had all the necessary amenities, ie tea and a kettle, and much more. A lively group readying for a bicycle race were enjoying dinner. In the morning Michael, who I had previously connected with, was such a delight and so enjoyable to talk with!!! Highly recommend!!!

Cant fault my stay. Recommend for anyone looking for great value and a nice setting.

I enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the hostel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were basic but very clean & the shower was excellent with water hot! The kitchen was well equipped & we made good use of it in the evenings. I would definitely stay there again & would recommend it to others. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

It was the BEST!!! Couldn't have been better.

We have booked this place in the last moment, very happy with our choice. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The place is in a good location, on the side of the centre. Quiet location. The facilities are good, (some frying pan may need replacing). Take your flipflops for shower. I would recommend this place.
