Don’t do your washing here! They lost 2 pairs of my socks and stained one of my white tops. The people at the hostel refused to compensate me and said it was out of their hands. Other than the people working there, the hostel is quite nice but complicated with all the unnecessary security to get in rooms. You have to be with your phone otherwise you can’t access your room/locker.

I had booked my stay at GoStop, and 2 days before arrival my booking was canceled for unknown reason. I never canceled, but I received an email saying that “As requested, my booking had been canceled”. I tried calling the hostel several times, but nobody answered. I emailed twice, and got no response. So I made my way to the hostel anyway, and when I arrived there it was already past midnight, and therefore the night was not bookable anymore, I had to leave at 1am and walk the streets of Ba...

We only wanted a room for the day before getting on a sleeper bus. The guy at reception said if we booked online he would assure us we could have the beds from 9am. At 9am we asked and they said they wouldn’t be ready til 11, at 11am they said they wouldn’t be ready til 1pm. The staff were unhelpful and misleading. The rooms used an app to access them - this seems totally unnecessary and a key would be just fine. Took us half an hour to set up our phones to be able to get into our room.

Before you GO to this hostel, STOP. Lots of people at the front desk. Were required to download app to open our door (which rarely worked). Told that we couldn't use their wifi until we checked in but we couldn't check in until we had downloaded app. We found the staff rather rude. App for ordering food didn't work for us and so we weren't allowed the discount that the app provides. Not a good hostel, doesn't feel social. Bathrooms were filled with bugs and always wet. wouldn't recommend.

Location was good but it really goes down hill from here. You cannot lock the dorm doors so anyone can come in. The shower is really only cold water (got a fever from this), there is no hair dryers, we could hear the party downstairs until past midnight and the house keeping was quite slow (we requested toilet paper at 9am, got it at 3pm). There was inconsistent information from the staff regarding the laundry times. On the upside the bed has curtain and little fans to each bed which is nice.

I pay booking amount and when i reached here, manager said which I booked is not available. Hostel was already full. It was their fault and i lost my money. Noone want to take responsibility of my booking amount. And after many days still i am asking for my money back. But in this hostel world app there is no service to get money back.

We would like to say a special thanks for the female intern (sorry we can't remember your name!), who helped us navigate an awkward situation with a member of the public. She put our safety and security first. Our room was clean and super quiet. The common room was nice, with very reasonably priced food. Would stay again!
