The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is always available and kind. The only note is that the bathrooms of the dormitory were really small but overall everything was clean and tidy so I would definitely recommend it!

Pros: - Good atmosphere with live music. - Great facilities to hang out (pool, big areas, bar, restaurant, etc) - Help arranging transport to tsitsikamma. Cons: - Only one toilet and two showers for 14 people in the dorm. - No outlets to charge the phone (or others) next to the bed in the dorm. - In fact, there were barely some outlets in the dorm for 14 people. - Not the best food at the restaurant (it is still ok). - Equipment needed it is not included when they mention the tubing ...

Mooie hottubs en zwembad en meedenkend personeel. Ik had aanvankelijk de dorm geboekt maar daar bleek een grote familie op familieuitje in te zitten. Zij waren erg luid en hadden de hele dorm geclaimd. Kon gelukkig zonder problemen omboeken naar een privekamer! Verder hele toffe plek om een paar dagen bij te komen van veel reizen.

not a social place, I would definitely not recommend this hostel for solo travelers. The kitchen is far away and poorly equipped (~120m) and the food was not good, rather go out for dinner.

Unfriendly people, every question is too much. They look very angry if you ask something. If you’re a backpack and want to cook by yourself it’s a bit impossible. The kitchen is very very very basic; like there’s one plate and two knifes, only gas if you ask etc. The transport is very expensive, the schedule on the website is not recently. The amount is twice the price or more. They also arrange extern transport without asking (is more expensive that intern!). Go somewhere else if you can.

Cosy hostel. Hot tubs and campfire are very cool. Lost some stuff but the staff got it back to me!

Cute hostel with cute furniture Hot tub use with no charge - water was almost too hot (water got heated by burning wood) I had the feeling that the host was a little too eager to join our activities. Felt uneasy, he asked too many times if we’re ok The food on menu was not very good; too expensive for what you got, flavorless and small portions. The food just gets heated (not self made)

I booked this hostel because someone recommended it to me. it was meant to be busy and a good place to meet people. the two nights i stayed with them I was aloje with one mire guy in the 114-bed dorm at ththe whole place was pretty dead. The communal kitchen looks like nobody has used it for a ling time. The fridge didn't work and the utensils looked old and dirty. Since the location isn't the best for hikes in Tsitsikamma wither, i would rather stay in Nature's Valley next time.
