Estuve durante temporada baja y el precio fue realmente bueno, la habitación estaba limpia y es buena relación calidad-precio

Disrespectful owner without any hostel culture, just there for the business, so no flexibility nor refunds! I found coucraches in the fridge. Loud noises early in the morning. Room without a lock! Uncomfortable beds, only cold water and cheap thin toilet paper. they moved a girl to another room and lost some of her stuff. They invented that a cleaning procedure had to be done to change me to another one room but the same night 4 more arrived. I moved to another hostel, was the best decision.

Booked a private and felt like a hotel room! Affordable and nice hostel with friendly and helpful owner/staff. Location was on point! Will come back

Agréable et central! La propreté de la salle de bain n’était pas top, et la plupart des casiers étaient brisé, la cuisine était équipé mais seulement très suffisamment. Overall for the price c’est bien!

This hostel was so comfortable and really had everything we needed! Arturo was so kind and helpful and the hostel was always clean and was very close to the beach! We loved our stay here

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und wenig anwesend. Die Klos waren ständig dreckig und verstopft. In unserem 6er Zimmer ist nachts das Klo ausgelaufen und es wurde nichts repariert, sondern gesagt wir hätten Wasser laufen lassen. Die Tür hatte keine Klinke und ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Dusche war kalt und hatte keinen Wasserdruck. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem und wackeln sehr doll. Das WLAN funktioniert allerdings. In der Küche klauen Affen essen. Wir würden es nicht nochmal buch...

It’s alright but could improve in most regards. Wierd to not have hand soap in the bathrooms. Kitchen is good. Not very nice hangout spots though. AC in the room was lovely though

Este hostel es toda una experiencia, nosotras nos quedamos en una tienda y es menos incomodo de lo que pensamos pero a partir de las 7:30 no se puede estar porque hace mucho calor. El lugar tiene una ubicación muy buena y la gente que conocimos ahí fue divertida. Contras - no se puede estar en las carpas durante el día - no hay candados ni forma de guardar seguras las cosas - las duchas son realmente al aire libre y se ve todo - los baños son compartidos con el restaurante y están ...

Perfect place to stay for a cheaper accommodation in Santa Teresa! Right across the street from the beach and central to all restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were very kind and caring:)

I’ve stayed din lots of hostels around the world and this one was by far the worst, the staff was very nice and the location was good however the cleanliness and atmosphere specifically at night was not good

Pasamos una estadía muy divertida en Casa del Sol. La ubicación es excelente, a muy pocos metros de la playa. El dueño es muy atento, siempre buscando que nos sintamos cómodas y seguras. Estaría bueno que las imágenes del hostel fuesen más actuales. Sin embargo, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra larga estadía. Volveremos!

Very nice hostel. The owner is a very friendly and helpful guy as well as the staff. The tat i was sleeping in was spacious and contained a large fan. The kitchen is also spacious and had everything you need.

Great location, amazing rooms ans kitchen - they gave us a new room to make sure we got a girls only dorm and had a bathroom in the room

Think there’s a change in ownership and the current management isn’t nice to deal with.

The room was really nice and spacious and had its own little porch which was great for reading in the morning. Staff was friendly and easy to reach. There is no real common area to meet others and the social scene was non existent. This would be an incredible stay if you were wanting a quiet chill solo atmosphere as it’s in a great location. If you are a solo traveler wanting to be super social and meet others easily, this is probs not for you.

The rooms have enough space, but apparently they clean the room every 2 days. Not a deep clean. The kitchen is big but only 2 burners working. Everything in the kitchen is old and need replacing, most of all the pans to cook. We were able to manage and share, but we were only half occupation for what I can count. Staff is friendly and helpful. It worth to stay by the price you pay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The owner was creepy! One night, he came out of the shared room next to ours- he seemed to be sleeping there &/or trying to spy on us. He initially tried to come off chill, but later went on a rant accusing me of trying to get a free night's stay bc I hadn’t found him to pay him earlier in the day (for context, it was dumping rain & I thought it’d be fine to pay him the next day bc he seemed chill). Great Value for Money. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it. The big functional Kitchen the good location and helpful and niche staff were definitely a plus. Also they have a quick laundry service. All in all recommended and defined stay here if you want to safe some money.

Very great hostel! The owner and workers are always there if you have any questions or concerns. There is also a cute restaurant in the hostel! The beach is literally 1 minute walk.
