No way this is 10 stars, stayed in a private room strong smell of sewerage coming from toilet, extremely dirty, window was broken.
It was a really comfortable stay and the host was really cool and sweet. Thank you a lot for everything!
It's a small, modest hostel in a great location with wonderful staff.
it's okay, but very simple. The room was very cold, has no heating, I think bad isolation. The receptionist guy was very friendly though. But I wouldn't go there again, only if I had to.
Quite hard to find from the outside. The lift was broken so we had to climb 12 flights of stairs. The staff were understanding when we didn’t have cash and allowed us the opportunity to withdraw. They don’t accept card payments. We were lucky to have the apartment to ourselves, and was relatively clean. Decent location in the Old Town.
3 days before my arrival I received this email from the hostel: "Hello, Due to unannounced works by the city utility services, we are unable to accommodate you in your accommodation unit. we have found you an alternative apartment near our address. For the same price. Please let us know what you decide. Jasmina" I checked Hostelworld and they were still booking rooms in the Hostel. It appears they may have overbooked. Here is my reply: "Hello Jasmina, Milan confirmed my booking on August ...
They cancel my reservation less thsn a day before I was to arrive. I am pissed off.

The hostel ONLY takes cash, even though credit cards are advertized. I messaged the hostel that my bus would be late. They read it, but didn't respond. When I arrived, I was informed they gave away the ensuite room I booked (which is fine), but then still charged me the same amount for a shared room with only a fan. They told me three different stories of why they released the room. The hostel is in disrepair and employees smoke inside the apartment. One of the worst hostels I've stayed in.
The hostel was full and they sent us to another hostel much worse. They didn't offer us a refund for it. We stayed in a much smaller room
Excellent location central to all of the local sites. More importantly the Staff is very friendly and helpful making the stay more like visiting family members. I highly recommend for a stay when visiting Belgrade! 👏👏👏
We went to Belgrade for the Rammstein concert. All the city's places were booked and Milan didn't cancel our reservation despite the multiple offers and the opportunity to give our apartments three times more expensive. He helped us find a parking place and overall was very kind.
I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. The room was clean and spacious. There are no bunk beds but 4 single beds. The internet is very fast. Any recommendation.
Para pasar una noche está bien, el principal problema radica en que no suele haber nadie en recepcción y estuve 40 minutos llamando al timbre sin que nadie me abriera. De noche pasa lo mismo y no hay casi sensación de seguridad. Se tiene de abonar en efectivo. Como punto positivo, está al lado de la estación de bus y la habitación individual es decente
i am too angry my private room was given to another person few days ago. when i went there late at night they said we will give you dorm room. i cannot stay in mixed room. i needed to turn back to airport and stayed there. building was too old. it was like a family apartment. guy was just bumping into rooms. they dont reed their emails. difficult to contact. i hate belgrade
When we arrived, we found it was already booked and the cockroaches were walking over floor and walls. When we called they said they accidentally booked twice and that they were going to fix it and call us back (at 0100 in the night). I'm still waiting for the call about our reservation and a new place to stay at.
Thin matrasses, smoke smell, very cheap, good if you dont have high standarts
Very nice and friendly! They are so warm that they allow me to extend my stay as I accidentally arrived Belgrade too early at the midnight in a big snow! Also they provide me many useful information! Also, the location is perfect!
