Great comfortable hostel! Staff was super friendly and nice, and the hostel was very close to several bus and metro stops. Breakfast and coffee in the lobby was a plus!

I will definitely come back. The beds are super comfortable, the sheets are clean, good atmosphere, good music, and there’s good coffee you can buy at the reception. The staff is very friendly from the moment you arrive until you leave, and they’re always willing to help or give recommendations, especially Caroline :). They have a great location and it’s easy to get to the hostel or go to other places.

Our 2 nights stay in this Hostel was nice, bedsheets were clean the hosts were very friendly!! And there is a good breakfast but not included in the dorm price! We slept in a dorm for 6 people, the room was great and spacious but the shower and toilet were quite dirty. Especially the toilet had no vent. and smelled badly the whole time. The lobby/kitchen area were a little cold and anonymus. Not a great vibe for socializing. Maybe a darts board/billiard table etc. would make it more welc...

I had an excellent stay at Beau M. It was my first hostel experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. The rooms were clean, and there was more than enough storage space for my suitcase and extra items. The hostel is conveniently located near several bus and metro stops, which made getting around super easy. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making it a very pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic, a super beautiful neighbourhood close to lots of metro stops and cafes. There was, however, a bit of a mould issue in the bathrooms, which I was told they're aware of and working on. And regardless of that, neither of two bathrooms in our dorm felt particularly sanitary. I'm not sure how frequently they're cleaned? Also, there is no kitchen or shared fridge, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant hostel :)

Great rooms, really friendly staff. It’s a little bit far from a metro station and you can kinda of hear people in the other rooms. Would stay again.

Hangers in the dorm rooms for jackets would be good and a ledge or shelf to leave belongings. In the 8 bed dorms there is only one toilet and shower for the whole dorm.

Location is ok, and staff members were nice. However, cleanliness should be improved. There was black mold in the female dorm shower, and the same soaking wet foot towel for my entire stay, it already smelled when I was leaving. Someone’s used underwear had been occupying one of the only two hooks in the shower for my entire stay as well, should’ve been removed when cleaning some day. The dorm was too hot and humid, bearable only with an opened window. No hooks in the dorm to hang a coat.

El personal super amable y la cama muy cómoda. Lo sentí muy seguro y práctico porque las llaves del cuarto y del locker eran digitales. La zona a pesar de no estar tan cerca del centro me gustó, caminé de noche sola y todo tranquilo. Igual hay zonas turísticas cerca para ir caminando.

I stayed four nights in September. My stay was excellent. I stayed in an eight-bed female dorm, and it was very well-appointed. The mattress was spectacular, the pillows were fine, and I slept perfectly. Access to my room via a mobile app worked well. Housekeeping was good throughout my stay. The staff was very friendly. Clean and comfortable hostel! Close to public transit, and in a cute neighborhood. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
