UCPA Sport Station Hostel Paris

The place felt understaffed, particularly when it came to cleaning. The bathrooms were quite filthy. The dorm room that I stayed in had a nasty smell and my key card stopped working around four times, meaning I had to go get another one from reception. My biggest takeaway is that they desperately need more cleaning staff for the bathrooms, which didn't seem like they were cleaned once while I was there.

Terribile place. They overcharge when you go to the structure and if you don't want to pay more they send you away and refuse service.

Étant abonné à une salle UCPA Sport Station en province je m'attendais à une meilleure expérience. Il faut faire son lit et le défaire, cela ne fait pas très hospitalier... Il n'y a pas de prise à côté du lit (juste un port USB-A - en 2026 ce n'est plus trop utile). Je n'ai pas réussi à éteindre la veilleuse au dessus du lit, j'ai donc farfouillé autour de cette veilleuse pour trouver l'interrupteur, c'était relativement poussiéreux. Alles super, richtig coole junges, junges und hilfsbereites Team. Viele tolle Sportangebote, man setzt sich gerne bei der Rezeption zum Essen, quatschen oder arbeiten hin. Nur die Bäder wurden zwar regelmäßig gereinigt, dass hat an dem Schimmel dort leider nichts geändert…

For four days we couldn't even find a place to put our rubbish. They had covered the beds we slept on with leather, which was extremely uncomfortable, and I was in agony from back pain. The thing they gave us as a pillow was anything but a pillow; it was very low, and I couldn't find any staff to get me a second one. It was a dreadful experience; I would never recommend it.

Venho solicitar o estorno imediato da cobrança referente à minha reserva de hospedagem em um hostel em Paris, realizada pelo aplicativo Hostelworld, pois o serviço não foi prestado e fui exposta a situações de risco, abandono e violação do que foi contratado. Segue o relato objetivo: A hospedagem foi totalmente paga antecipadamente. Consegui entrar apenas na primeira noite. Nos dias seguintes, o cartão de acesso fornecido pelo hostel parou de funcionar fiquei e na rua a noite.

Je ne suis pas satisfaite l'auberge est sale, l'emplacement craint un peu, tout est cher et pas d'options pour manger en dehors ni de cuisiner à l'auberge, les prises de courant ne fonctionnent pas, et surtout j'ai écourté de deux jours mon séjour car je n'étais pas satisfaite et ils ont catégoriquement refusé de me rembourser, les employés ne sont pas spécialement accueillants et ne proposent aucune solution compensatoire pour les prises de courant qui ne marchent pas par exemple. The hotel is not clean at alll , rooms toilets and everything, there’s no area to charge the phone in the whole room !!! I don’t recommend at all , it’s close to metro and transportation but it’s not cleannn

Staff were friendly, the sports facilities are excellent, and the hostel is close to the metro/bus stop. Bedrooms are designed well, with each bed feeling private with either a wooden separator or curtain. Unfortunately I was bitten by bed bugs, the bathrooms were in poor condition with mould and felt unclean, the mattresses were noisy at night and the shutters outside rattled loudly. A word of warning - it's very difficult to make your bed if you arrive late at night and are given a top bunk!

Gostei muito! Quarto limpo, lugar para guardar tudo. Tem mercados perto. Tem Re. Tem uma feira com tudo barato no sábado mais ou menos 1 km. O pessoas do restaurante sempre gentis, me davam água quente. O pessoal da recepção também, muito bom. Caso precisem imprimir algum documento falem com eles. Não fui na academia pois tinha muitos lugares para ir. Muito bom, muito grande e organizado.

Overall, I won’t stay here again. I have stayed in several hostels across Europe before and this was by far the worst hostel I have been in. I’m sorry to be this blunt but I was that disappointed. The main problems were the lack of essential facilities and the cleanliness (or the lack of it).

Very nice place. I was coming at night and its better to take a bus instead of walk from metro. I didn’t feel too safe at this area at late Great beds and great design, everyone has its own place in shared room Its clean at room but its really has mold in bathroom, hope it will be fixed
