Good value for a night's stay, close to the bus station and comfy and quiet room. Kindly accommodated a late arrival (make sure to text first). Make sure you have some small change on you to pay, the owner still owes me 4 soles (which is very little but it's more for the principle).

Très bel établissement et bien placé au cœur de Puno ! Dommage nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude et il n’y a pas de cuisine … Mis à part ça les lieux sont très propre et le gérant est adorable ! Je recommande

Un buonissimo soggiorno con il centro ed il porto a 2 passi, una colazione carica e la premura dell'host nel farci sapere che il nostro transfert, Perú hop, sarebbe arrivato più tardi di ciò che pensavamo. Così invece di aspettare 30 min fuori dall'hotel ci ha fatto rientrare comodamente nella hall.

Fabulous location and close to bus terminals, market and city centre. Nice airy and clean accommodation. For some reason kitchen not accessible until 3pm which was a bit of drag for our needs.

They did book a Uros tour for us and the room was fine and spacious, although a few sticky spots. No secure luggage storage, hard to speak to reception as they mostly weren’t there and the kitchen is not cookable for guests (dirty, broken fridge, no facilities). The cheap price is reflected in the hostel

Don't book here when you arrive in the evening! They claim to have a 24hr reception but when I arrived at 21:30 after a long bus ride while having a booking and a stated arrival time, there was no one. Left me in the cold in a dark city.
