Holis

Fantastic hostel with extremely kind and welcoming staff. Dorm rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are kept very clean with areas in the reception and garden to chill and a good happy hour and daily events. Highly recommend when staying in Sucre

had such a lovely stay at Holis!! Its in a great location , the beds were super comfy, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was fully equiped, has a cheap laundry service , and the staff we’re so friendly and helpful , couldn’t fault the place :)

Really friendly staff, nice outside space, good location, laundry, social. Downsides for me: WiFi didn’t reach room, often waiting for the bathroom, uncleaned pans and food left out everywhere 1 morning (may had got unlucky with whoever that was).

Bedbugs. They weren’t apologetic/sympathetic at all when I raised the issue and denied that they have bed bugs, but after checking the beds they found them. After pushing the staff I got a discount on my laundry as I had to wash clothes which otherwise wouldn’t have needed washing. Shared toilet and shower facilities not great and strong foul smell from the showers.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hostel. Der Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein und eignet sich perfekt um die anderen Gäste kennenzulernen. Die Küche ist ein Highlight, da sie super ausgestattet ist und eine Vielzahl an Töpfen, Pfannen, etc. bereitstellt. Es gibt genug Toiletten und Duschen, die auch sehr sauber sind, man sieht eigentlich immer jemanden putzen. Es gibt zudem eine kleine Bar und günstige Getränkeangebote. Bis ins Zentrum läuft man 10 min und ein guter großer Supermarkt ist nur 7 ...

Very social, great bar with happy hour and free popcorn, staff were very friendly and organised local festivals which was an amazing trip that most of the hostel went on. Great cheap laundry service that got our whites the whitest they’ve ever been! They also allow you to check out and stay at the hostel using the facilities if you have to wait all day for a bus. Would definitely recommend this hostel.

Great, social hostel with a lively atmosphere & a nice outdoor space. The bar & open tables setup make it easy to meet people, and the city walking tour they offer is lovely! Facilities are clean & my private room was comfortable, though it has a curtained glass door next to the common area, so a good bit of noise & even cigarette smoke can come through. But quiet hours are respected. Friendly & helpful staff. Water costs 3 BOB/liter. Overall, a comfortable & welcoming place—would recommend!

Very recommended!! Great Location, Great vibe, nice dorms

Really community-based hostel. I like that there aren’t too many people, so you feel like you’re staying with a small group you actually get to know. A big advantage is the kitchen. As a solo backpacker, I was already tired of eating out all the time, and this was a great chance to cook - alone or together with people from the hostel. Food brings people together. So go to the market, buy some local groceries, and cook at the hostel. Thanks!

Amazing hostel! Super social atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, definitely recommend. A pleasure to stay and Holis is definitely a special place.
