Excelente experiencia en el hostal, muy recomendado
We got a private room with a shared bathroom. All of the toilets were super clean and frequently maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We tried to book the observatory and planetary tours but failed to do it on our own, so the staff helped us book them. They gave us a welcome drink at the bar. Kitchen was well equipped and the WiFi was good. Many places to lounge. I recommend the French toast breakfast!

Es un espacio muy agradable y diseñado para descansar e incluso trabajar. Todo el personal del hostal estaba dispuesto a ayudar y brindar indicaciones en caso de necesitarlas.

Nice hostel with good facilities, particularly the workstation and kitchen. Was extremely quiet during my stay, not necessarily unexpected for a small town.
Awful hostal. The room was unclean - dust and hair everywhere. The bathroom floor constantly wet and grotty because the curtain did not contain the water. Not all the beds had plug sockets or lockers. There were only 4 lockers to 6 beds. The shower was missing a shower head and the temperature fluctuates drastically and burnt me on the first night. On the second night there was no hot water and it took over 2 hours to fix. There wasn’t even an apology for the inconvenience caused. The staff w...
Nice hostel with good amenities, but no one was around. I think I saw like 5 other guests total the entire time I was there. Guess people don't make it out to Villa de Leyva, which is kind of a shame.
Buen desayuno. La pared del baño tenía mucho moho. Entra mucha luz por la ventana de la puerta. Siento que la relación costo beneficio no es la mejor.

No real atmosphere here, hard to meet people. Good breakfast and really nice pool.
La reserva se canceló con tarjeta para el 31/12/2022 y para salir el 1/02023 cuando se llegó al hotel nos dijeron que la reserva está del 1/01/2023 y salida 2/01/2023 por consiguiente no había disposición desde el mismo hotel salió la gerente y dijo que cancelaran la reserva del 1/01/2023 y que devolvían el dinero de la reserva creo que no fue la mejor opción y trato aún estando el 31 presentes en Villa de Leyva no hay derecho que se presente este tipo de situaciones y mas aun haciendo...
Staff were very friendly and made you download the selina app to check in which was super annoying. The hostel was nice with lots of facilities and well located. Dorms were good and there was hot showers. Just no atmosphere.
Awesome, I've had a great time and met great people! The only sad thing was that the kitchen menu was small due to a change in the menu. The staff is nice and welcoming, the pool is great, the rooms are nice and clean, but there was a warm water issue in our room I'd recommend this hostel
Fine. Initial screw up on my room, I booked a twin and was given a double and then the next room the lock broke so they gave us two doubles instead. Bit irritating having to download an app to check in - genuinely baffled by that one - and take ear plugs as the bar was blasting out music at 2am. For whom I’m not sure. Otherwise perfectly serviceable. Room was clean and comfortable and it has a pool.
The staff in the bar and in the reception were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. The building is beautiful . Everything was clean I would Gladly stay again .
