There to let me into the room. I didnt have whatsapp or wifi calling. After 3 hr a bar waitress called and I talked to a dude who gave me the code for the electric door lock. a chick came by the next day to collect. I FINALLY got the wifi password and a towel. I was lucky inasmuch as I got a 4 bed dorm with bath all to myself. Was supposed to be air conditioned. Chick said no AC. They need to get their service act together!

Paid for 3nts air condition dorm, however by day 2 the remote had not been provided and when I asked, the host said he didn't know where it was. I emailed the owners and never heard back. On the 3rd day, the host brought the remote. Requested a refund for the increased cost but no response. Not great for solo travellers - very quiet, very few people around. Host was friendly but made me uncomfortable by hitting on me. Appreciated the provided towel. Privacy curtains would be a welcome addition...

Very disappointed with our stay. We paid for air conditioning, but the remote control was taken away for the last night. There was no hot water despite what was stated in the listing. The contact number provided for assistance never answered. The accommodation did not match the description.

I’m so mixed about this place. The cabanas are totally gorgeous; new, comfortable, spacious and great bathrooms. There’s also an outdoor kitchen and hammocks. And air con in some of the rooms - needed! However to get to it, you had to go around to a back alley. Google maps took me to the wrong entrance. I didn’t see anyone else there for 3 days (owners or guests) which felt a little weird. Payment was in cash and at first they said I owed more than what Hostelworld said but we sorted it

The staff were the rockstars of this place. The dorm itself is pretty basic but clean, comfortable beds, and you even get a towel. No hot water but after one day you won't miss it. Coco, the hostel dog is a sweet pea. Pay for AC if it's available cause it does get hot. But the staff were the ones who went above and beyond to treat us with kindness and make our stay comfortable. The hostel isn't directly on the beach like the other one but it's so close it really doesn't matter.

Gracias, Basílio!! La cabana es super cómoda, con aire acondicionado y ventilador; la limpieza muy buena. Cuenta con una cocina compartida que nos fue muy útil cuando quisimos un plan más sencillo. El propietario nos brindó muy buenas recomendaciones, incluso el bar que él mismo atiende, super recomendado para desayunar. Volveríamos!

The facilities were great, nice outdoor kitchen, airco, great beds. And the owners are really lovely. But it was just really quiet. So I was the only one there. But on the bright side: had a private hostel dorm!
