Nice place, 2 pools, quiet space, no loud music. Only the bathrooms really need to be fixed!

Sehr heruntergekommende Unterkunft. Schimmel an der Decke, alles wirkt ein bisschen, als würde es gleich zusammen brechen. Atmosphäre ist sehr gespenstisch. Für eine Nacht okay, aber einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen.

The hostel on it’s own was fine. Not great or super hygienic but fine for the price. A big complaint I have is that my room was just me ( a 18 year old girl) and a man who was in his 40 who woke me up on my last night by shaking me at 3am and continued to sit on my bed and ask if I had a boyfriend. I’m not sure what he would have done if I had said no. I Am giving a bad review and one star to the ugly female staff at the desk. The short day lady has a bad energy, bad actitud and bad vibe. One day i sales her for some waterpolo and she said No!!! That water Was only for staff. How can you not hice water to somebody???? Specially when i need to take my message and i had no money at the moment!! 🤬😡😠😖 very dissapointes in her. As soon as she left the desk a guy kindly rediles my water bottle.

I was extremely disappointed with this hostel. Although it looks like a villa from the outside, the inside was dirty and poorly maintained. The room was damp, smelled terrible, and was far from the entrance, with trash and orange peels scattered everywhere. When I entered my room, I found a filthy bathroom, damp walls, and a strong smell of urine and rat feces. I felt very uncomfortable and could not stay even for one night. I immediately returned the key and left without requesting a refund.

It’s dirty, there is a smell of mold in the room I was the only guest in the whole property, the pictures don’t match with the reality. Not coming back

the free breakfast is amazing, tow swimming pool, clean, cozzy, the housekeepers are so kind, the receptionnist is a bit rude, the atmosphere is a bit quite , the location is so great in center kuta

This place was absolutely horrible, we had a night booked and still couldn’t stay here. It’s definitely haunted in some way. Our door didn’t even lock, there were leaches in the toilets and noises coming from the bathroom. It’s not worth it. Don’t book it

Love to stay there. Not that social but great for some nights. Comfy, stuff is amazing and I enjoyed the breakfast. Gonna return again !

The hostel is not clean at all. Don't trust appearances. And the staff is very, very unpleasant; they refused to give me water, even though it's an international right. The pool is dirty and never cleaned. There are cockroaches in the rooms. And the sheets are never changed. In short, avoid this hotel.

Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade, it was so filthy. The entire place was super filthy, and we didn’t see a single other person staying here during our time either. I would avoid booking here unless you’re on a budget, but don’t expect much! The beds had all kinds of bodily stains and there were cockroaches and spiders everywhere. I never saw anyone in the pool and overall it was just super eerie and creepy here!

Atmosphere of a crack den, dark and dingy, smelt of mould. The room door couldn’t lock as it was broken. The bed sheets had blood stains on and the cupboard was rotten to the extent that it was crumbling and unusable. I had to leave and find an alternative as I don’t think I would have survived the night there!

ich finde es ist generell ein wunderschönes resort. die pools sind toll, die lage perfekt und das frühstück auch sehr lecker. es ist jedoch leider ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen, was unfassbar schade ist. die betten waren auch ziemlich dreckig und das bad auch. es gab eine klimaanlage aber leider nur zwei steckdosen im ganzen zimmer. es war schön ruhig und wirklich angenehm, aber hat auf jeden fall viel mehr potenzial und ich finde es sehr schade dass es so alt und ungepflegt ist.

This hostel/hotel has so much potential honestly!!! the rooms are just in need of reno. there’s mold on the walls and even on the pillows. other than that we loved it. it’s pretty quite, has a great location and is sooo cute

The hotel was far from clean, with a persistent unpleasant smell throughout🤮. The shower was in terrible condition, the doors were broken, and the wooden furniture was of very poor quality. Overall, a disappointing experience. 🥴👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
