Staff were friendly, the hostel was clean and tidy. The location fairly central. Unfortunately the atmosphere was so bad, many long term guests that had been there a while. They were overly territorial and literally ganged up on any new comer. It was so unbelievably bad, that I left at 1am on the 3rd night of my 5 day stay. It's unfortunate, there are people like this it ruins the vibe and it's the reason a lot of hostel don't accept Australians or long term stays.

You can’t expect more for the price.. the facilities are there but it felt dirty. The staff/owner is very helpful

Good location, but unfortunately it is the worst hostel I have seen so far in all of Australia. It is really dirty! Dust and mold on all surfaces
