Fekhara Country Club

I’d definitely recommend Fekhara Country Club to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay while still being within easy driving distance of the city centre. The facilities were also a big plus, especially the swimming pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

I had a fantastic experience! I would highly reccomend .

Everyone was so kind and the location felt like a resort, by far the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed at and super affordable! It is a ways a way from the Medina, but doable. Make sure to not get scammed by your uber driver like we did who kept purposefully driving past.

The place is ok,but if you do not have a rental car,and then transport to the city is quiet expensive. The facilities in the hostel are fine,but to have,dinner is difficult to get. I do not advice for older people,something for the young ones,I think in summer the place shall be fine.

Had to leave as we thought we were going to have our organs harvested. The ceiling in the room next door collapsed at about 9pm. Staff messed us about when attempting to negotiate a partial refund for the days we left early. And somebody unlocked the door and tried to get into the room in the morning, only stopped by the fact we had barricaded the door shut 🤣 personally wouldn’t recommend it but I doubt it’s actually an organ harvesting scheme, it just seemed very dodgy.

For a very cheap price you can access a nice place with a pool and tennis/volleyball courts. Don’t expect a big or modern structure: it’s all quite old and could use better maintenance, but the rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning, and the staff is very friendly. Really enjoyed it, nice and quiet compared to the city of Marrakesh.

I usually never leave any reviews but this place truly deserves it. Fekhara is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay at if you need to take a break from the city's crazyness. It is extremely well priced for what it is, which compensates it from being a little outside the center. You can expect to pay anywhere between 60dh-100dh to get to the city by Moroccan Uber (InDrive) or 6DH if you feel like taking the city bus. We went 26th September until 2nd October 2025. The hostel is out of town and very peaceful away from the hustle bustle. Nice grounds and a lovely big pool and cute little restaurant set in well maintained gardens. There are sports facilities to use and the staff are very helpful providing advice on where to go and they booked transport for us which was reliable and cheap. You will need taxis everywhere as the hostel is out of town. Corto was the most helpful staff member 👍

super vriendelijk personeel! leuk dat het gerund wordt door zoveel jongeren. Fekhara is redelijk afgelegen van centrum Marrakesh, keep this in mind. Eten bestellen via Glovo is een tip, of het restaurantje van Fekhara is ook wel goede prijs kwaliteit. het is een goede plek om tot rust te komen, maar niet perse om de stad te ontdekken. Alles was proper maar wel ovenvisjes/papiervisjes in kamer gespot. voor de dieren moesten we expliciet vragen om ze te zien en ze zaten wel in kleine kooien.

Super hostel ! Le meilleur rapport qualité prix sur Marrakech. Il y a une salle de sport, une piscine, un zoo, des terrains de tennis, de foot et de basket. Le petit déjeuner est charger. Le personnel et compréhensif et agréable. L’hôtel n’est pas bondé, donc très calme et très agréable, d’autant plus que la piscine et grande et magnifique. Nous avons passé des super vacances avec ma copine, je recommande ce lieu, ce n’est vraiment pas une arnaque !

I like the pool and the rooms

Everything was excellent, the staff was very friendly, they received me and made me feel at home. The room was one of the best I have ever had in my life, despite the heat of Marrakesh, this place is perfect because you can disconnect to relax in the large pool they have. They also have a gym, and sports areas. I loved my stay here. My favorite part: breakfast, delicious

Hostel stay has roaches. I never saw toilet paper or soap. The “zoo” looks like animal abuse. The location is nowhere near anything in town. Try something in Marrakech center

Hostel is situated quite outside the city so you’ll have to take a taxi everytime, which means every city visit will cost you 10€ and an hour of your time. But the pool and the gym will compensate that if you aren’t planning to visit the city or have a car. Rooms were clean and at least mine had a good AC which was a big plus! On the other hand the toilets and showers were pretty bad since only some of them were usable. I never saw soap and had to ask for toilet paper cause there was none

it's a great place to relax and get out of the chaos from the city. this place could be perfect if the staff were more clean with the showers, is not good at all. and also the friendliness and service are not the best in hospitality terms. but overall is a good place, particularly because their facilities as gym, pool, tennis, etc
