The manager burst into the room 3am.and kicked me put, lied about the reasons and refuses to reimbourse me. It is like a five star jail , five stars out of 100 that is. No kitchen utensils or toilet paper, crazy rude lying almost always absent staff. No proper vetting of guests

DANGEREUX!! La confirmation d’Hostelworld n’indique pas que c’est au client de contacter l’agence (par Mail/texto) en amont. J’ai appris d’une affiche sur la porte. Mais pas de réponse. Lors de l’arrivée, il a été compliqué d’entrer. L’hôte n’était pas présent et le code ne nous avait pas été donné à l’avance. Security very law, the owner uses the same code for the last two months since I know, no staff around to reply, you need to wait on the door for a longer period until someone respond for you with access code, no clear instruction for people regarding for sound pollution.

There were no hostel staff members actually in the hostel. My bed was double booked and unfortunately the other man had to sleep on the floor.

This is simply not a hostel it’s someone’s dirty house with a bunch of beds crammed into it. No staff, other guests let me in and explained how everything worked. If you’re coming to Toulouse and have no choice but to stay here, then might I suggest going to another city entirely.

First of all, when I arrived theres no sign outside at all, it looks like someones house but luckily some guys were sitting outside and told me that it is the place. I was supposed to let them know before that im coming, but i did not receive this information at all. There was a piece of paper on the door all in french with the number to call and then finally a cleaning lady appeared and showed me my bed, that was the check-in. The kitchen is poorly equipped and in bad shape. Only one toilet.

By far, this so-called "hostel" is the WORST experience of my life. Reception and minimal security regulations are non-existent. Literally, everyone who comes into this PRIVATE HOUSE can stay at the premises for as long as they want (with or without paying). Nobody is checking IDs or confirmed payments, neither during "check-in" time or later (or earlier). There is ONE three-piece BATHROOM for 15 BEDS in total (always full, or overbooked). Please, take this place out of your website. Thanks

Wir wurden in ein schlechteres Zimmer gepackt als wir gebucht hatten. In der Küche durfte obwohl alles vorhanden war, nicht gekocht werden. Die Lage war auch nicht besonders gut. Der Check in lief übers Handy und war auch nicht gerade schnell und einfach. Kurz: es spricht nichts für dieses Hostel, außer alles andere ist ausgebucht oder zu teuer
