La Rosa de los Vientos (Compass Rose)

Due to the few number of review, I just thought the hostel was new. But it’s the opposite, everything, from the sheets, to the bed, to the matress , to the building, everything looks so old and rusty. The bedding is awful and the room smelled like mould (?!). I had to open the window all night but the smell was there. I rarely write comments but I had better experience in party hostels in central europa or in hostel in Central America for cheaper prices, which is ridiculous

The staff was incredible and the location was great as well! For the price, this was a great hostel.

Ambiente tranquilo. Espacios limpios y confortables. Cocina completa compartida a disposición de los huéspedes. Silencio y tranquilidad. Pondría una cortina o algo opaco para que la luz de la cocina no entre en la habitación femenina. Es lugar de paso y a ciertas horas las huéspedes pueden estar durmiendo mientras alguien da la luz para ir, por ejemplo, al baño. Es la única "salvedad", por poner alguna. Se agradece también la disposición de taquillas con llave. Muy recomendable

Si pasa algún problema dentro del local resolverlo sin dejarlo en la calle al cliente. Yo la ultima noche no dormí ahí, porque nos sacaron a varios fue humillante ese acto. Por la tarde me hablaron que el problema estaba resuelto, pero ya me avía registrado en otro lugar

El hostal está muy bien úbicado, en el centro de Cádiz y cerca de la playa la Caleta. Es muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor. El personal es muy amable. Seguramente volveré.

Maybe it was just bad luck, but the room smelt awful and felt very unhygienic. Staff were nice.

This is a beautiful hostel I would absolutely come back to! I loved the inner courtyard and the terrace. Everything has been clean and the staff was very nice. The hostel had a tranquil atmosphere, just like Cadiz itself which is a small city beautifully surrounded by the ocean!

The hostel is located in an old house in the centre of the town; close to the market and beach. The staff are friendly and keep it spotless.

La Rosa de los Vientos es un sitio increíble , es pequeño pero súper cómodo Tiene cocina completa, patio y terraza increíbles Tiene una cafetería y el personal que trabaja está siempre atento Tienen un grupo de WhatsApp con dicas y cuando posible la gente sale juntos Súper recomendable

bad vibe and very impersonal. Very small place but the vibe of a very big brand that don't care for custummers that are guaranted anyway; Hardly enough place for guests in the common areas and the features they offer.

Un lugar de paso excelente, si quieres disfrutar Cadiz

L’ostello è ottimo. Ma, c’è un ma (forse più di uno): - Arrivato a Cadiz, con una borsa piena di roba che volevo solo appoggiare e andare in spiaggia. Dovevo fare il check in per entrare ma mi hanno aperto dopo più di un ora, dopo le ripetute chiamate e citofonate.

This was a great place in a great location. The staff was great and very helpful. It was a bit pricey for a shared room in Spain

Ostello carino nel centro di Cadiz. Pulizia impeccabile, cucina e bagni ottimi e funzionali, letti comodi. Forse ho trovato poco quell'atmosfera da ostello per viaggiatori, complice magari la bassa stagione. Il wifi non era eccezionale. In cucina avrei sicuramente gradito la presenza di olio, carta e caffè di libero utilizzo per gli ospiti, dato che normalmente sono offerti in tutti gli ostelli.

Very good stay Super cozy hostel, I felt very welcomed, it was only one night, but they included me in the plans to go out and I was able to have breakfast in the new cafeteria which is charming The location is perfect and Cadiz is charming, I highly recommend it
