Sunrise Hostel & Rooms

+ Everything was perfect. The room is perfectly clean, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is in the city center so you shouldn't expect complete silence. The room faces a side street so the noise is negligible, it really doesn't disturb your sleep. The kettle is a great addition in the room. Everything you need to see in Palermo is within walking distance. The main station is an 8 minute walk. We felt safe. When we come to Palermo again we will stay here again!

+ Nice location right at the center of Palermo (walking distance to touris attractions, restaurants pubs, etc). Clean. Spacious. Comfortable large bed, but not so much the additional single bed (we had a triple room)

- Too much noise from pub and street below. Window pane vibrated with the bass of the music from pub below as if a plane was taking off right next to our bed. It was specially bad on Saturday night. Large bed was good, but the single bed was quite unconfortable.

+ Lokalizacja super w samym centrum. Bardzo blisko od dworca kolejowego. Katedra , teatr, marina do 1,5 km od hotelu.

- Hałas za oknem, każdego dnia impreza, przez zamknięte okna była słychać muzykę i krzyki . W pokoju były przygotowane zatyczki do uszu, ale słabo zdało to egzamin.

+ Posizione eccellente per poter visitare i principali luoghi di interesse a piedi , pulizia , rapporto qualità-prezzo

+ Bardzo czystko i miło, wspaniała obsługa i wygodne łóżka.

- Niestety nasze drzwi balkonowe w sypialni się nie zamykały, co było stresujące nocą, aczkolwiek mówiono nam, że jest bardzo bezpiecznie.

+ Was everything we needed for the stay in an excellent location. Booking last minute wasnt a problem and the communication was perfect. Very comfortable bed, great shower, a wardrobe for our things, eu/spanish plugs fitted in the wall sockets, tv was watchable with regular channels and the kitchen met our requirements. Also nice to have a little outdoor space. Everywhere was very clean, nice decor and welcoming entrance. Self check in was easy enough. Good price to quality. Will definitely be my first choice if staying in Palermo again.

- There were a few little things that couldn't work out like the bed side lamps but in no way ruined the stay and for sure I could have asked!

+ Staff gentile e sopratutto proattivo nella ricerca di soluzioni in caso di inconvenienti. Nessuna difficoltà di comunicazione.

+ Josef è stato molto disponibile e cortese. La struttura è in una posizione ottima con stanze pulite e nuove. Sono Palermitana e mi serviva un appoggio in centro con il mio ragazzo avendo casa poco collegata con i mezzi. Sicuramente torneremo perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo<3

+ Posizione eccezionale. Impareggiabile. In 3 minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro

- Un po rumorosa la camera; ma ho apprezzato il set di benvenuto
