If your are looking for a beautiful place with lovely hosts in the greatest scenery, this will be the place for you. So happy to find this place. The rooms are lovely the food is amazing and cheap and the hosts are just lovely. Definitely recommend this place :) thanks for everything

Great location in the middle of the desert. Super friendly staff/owners and excellent social atmosphere.

Bosque Seco is a wonderful little oasis in the (don’t call it a desert) tropical dry forest of Tatacoa! It’s definitely a rustic hostel, with dry toilets and outdoor (but still enclosed) showers, so if you want a slightly camping vibe, this is the best place to be. The gray desert is only a 20m walk away, and the red can be reached by bike or tuk tuk. Darío, and the staff at Bosque Seco, are all wonderful, communicative, and care about their space. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
A truly special place, which is run by an incredibly friendly and fair family who make you feel at home immediately. Food and drinks are delicious and very affordable, and there is also a great, inexpensive lunch spot right next door. The location is amazing, in the middle of the desert, with a pool and unbelievable stars at night. They also offer bike rentals to explore the area. The only reason there are still few reviews is because the hostel is quite new. It absolutely deserves many mo...
I had a very good couple of days at Bosque Seco Bioreserva. It was located in the desert, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The facilities were good and the dinners were very tasty.

+ Very good location. Easy access to Gray dessert by walk and Red dessert by rental bicycle. Accommodation, shower and toilets are very clean and have some lockers. Food is delicious and cold beer is wonderful after dessert adventure. Staffs are very kind and answer my questions about nature and ecosystem of Tatacoa.
