Danilo is the best! Absolutely recommend!

The host was so nice and helpfull. It is really close to the harbour and you can easily get around. The rooms were simple, but had everything you needed. Really a nice place. Not the best kitchen, but not something to worry about

I really enjoyed my stay at Rustic House. Danilo, the host, was super helpful in every way, helping arrange a scooter for me, an excursion up Volcan Concepcion, etc. He also spoke English very well which is always helpful. The place was quiet, close to town and the ferry, the beds were comfortable and it was nice having an attached bathroom. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay there, again!

Good clean place to stay when you arrive, But I would recommend everyone to get out of moyogalpa after one night.

Nice located hostel and for the price really good. Rooms are simple but have erything you need. The kitchen was a bit messy when we were there but the staff was really nice and helpful.

It's fine. However, if you are a backpacker looking for a more social atmosphere, I would go elsewhere. I wasn't aware of this when booking.

Nice quiet place, a bit warm in the room but the owner makes up for that with being super kind and helpful. We were able to rent 2 super nice dirt bikes, which were delivered to the hostel in the morning with the proper safe helmets instead of the tourist one. It is a bit further from the harbor than other places but it is a safe walk and the locals living there will always greet you kindly.

Nice place, very clean and about 5 minute scooter ride to the main part of town. Nice little courtyard but not a very social hostel which was fine for us because of its proximity to town. Danilo is the man. Super kind and very helpful with everything. He helped get us a rental scooter with Octavio and no other rental service has been better our whole trip. Definitely recommend!

The owner was really lovely and made such an effort to make us feel welcome. He even helped us hire a moto. The room was nice enough, unfortunately we couldn’t really use the kitchen.

Danilo is a fantastic host who made our stay really perfect. The accommodation has a lovely garden area that the butterflies and fireflies enjoy too!

Our stay at Rustic House Hostel was better than expected. Danilo was an outstanding host and helped us ensure we had an excellent stay on Ometepe island. I will definitely be going back when I return to this amazing island!

Rustic House is just a short walk from the ferry. José is a great host…friendly, lively conversation and does volcano hiking trips and island tours. Value for money is excellent.

This is a very nice place and Danilo is an amazing host! He helped us to rent a scooter and we went on a volcano hike where he stepped in as our guide. The hostel is close to the ferry and the city center with shops, restaurants and ATM. We extended our stay because we liked it so much.

The host Danilo is the heart of the Hostel. He is super friendly and helpful if you need anything like a scooter or if you want to hike the volcano
