BED BUGS! I booked a private room and it was crawling with them, they offered to move me to another room but I left. Volunteers were nice to make sure I was ok, but mentioned the problem isn’t new. No refund either.
ADOREI A LOCALIZAÇÃO DO HOSTEL, BEM PRÓXIMO A AUGUSTA E A FREI CANECA, O QUARTO É ÓTIMO, ESPAÇOSO, LIMPISSIMO, O PESSOAL DO HOSTEL É GENTE BOA DEMAIS, A ÚNICA COISA QUE DEIXOU A DESEJAR FOI O CONFORTO DA CAMA QUE ERA MUITO DESCONFORTAVÉL, DURA COMO SE ESTIVESSE DORMINDO NA MADEIRA, ESTAVA VISIVELMENTE QUEBRADA E PARA DISFARÇAR FOI INSERIDO UMA ESPUMA.
