Room floor and bathroom was dirty but that is probably mostly due to the people in my room. I liked the capsule beds and lockers were a good size. No external bathrooms so if someone in your room is using the bathroom you have to wait. Ran out of toilet paper and no staff available to restock it.

Lamentablemente decir, que para ser un hostel de paso, no presenta la opción de un cuarto de equipaje tanto a la hora de poder dejar una mochila antes de la hora de entrada y también dejarla unas horas cuando se realiza el check-out. Mi próxima estancia en vitoria buscaré otro establecimiento que presente estos servicios. Este establecimiento no tiene este servicio para mochileros. Por lo demás, en general bien.

Perfect location but very miserable hostel the opposite of the area which is one of the best to immerse in the basko cluture

Excelente Hospedaje 100% recomendado, muy céntrico, personal atento y preocupado por vivir una buena experiencia.

Looks nice, smells less nice. Bathroom was not exactly clean at all times, but it was cleaner than other hostels I’ve stayed in at the same price point. I don’t know why the “clean” sheets/pillows smelled like tangy sweat.

Location: Estupenda. En todo el casco antiguo. Acceso fácil desde parada de autobús. Staff: El responsable movio Roma con Santiago para acomodar nuestras necesidades. Atmósfera: El sitio es super nuevo y luminoso. Muy poca ventilación en las habitaciones. En general, todo el mundo era muy amable. Limpieza: Las zonas comunes no estaban limpias/recogidas. Los aseos necesitaban atención. Esa fue la peor parte de la experiencia, pero supongo que al haber tanta gente es complicado

Muy buen hostal, cocina amplia y completa, muy limpio todo y el Host muy simpático.

It was not a bad hostel, however very bad mantained for the price that it has. the worse thing was the bad smell that was coming out from the toilets drain

José the receptionist is very friendly, helpful and attentive. His advice about what to see around Vitoria are excellent. The hostel is located right in the middle of old town. Most points of interest in Vitoria are within walking distance. The room has air condition and a window for fresh air. Each room has its own toilet and shower. The lockers are huge and could fit in my big backpack and then some. Each bed has a door that can be closed for privacy, as well as electricity for charging ...

I highly recomend this place. The RECEPTIONIST is very friendly and considerate. Good attitude. Good vibe. Amazing clean place. I slept like a baby. I am happy to have stayed here.

A fuir !!! Alors que la réservation était confirmée sur Hostelworld, l’aubergiste a refusé de me recevoir, prétextant que « la réservation n’était pas valable ». J’ai dû trouver une autre solution en urgence. En 10 ans d’utilisation d’Hostelworld, cela ne m’est jamais arrivé. Cette auberge devrait être bannie de la plateforme.

APTCE Etxea es un hostel moderno, cómodo, limpio y con unas instalaciones magníficas para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inmejorables. J.Ignacio es súperatento y amable, ofreciendo siempre ayuda en todo. Recomuendo 100% este hostel!
