Couldn’t check in. Inaccurate instructions. Sign outside offers website & app, & invalid email address. No staff. Website emailed me a front door code, didn’t work (I replied to email; no response). The app gave different info, also partly inaccurate. The app code worked for door. The emailed code, supposed to be for the door, actually worked on the bunk (but I only knew which bunk from the app, which gave me a code that didn’t work). Some bathrooms no toilet paper; shower was just trick...
Awesome location, clean, comfortable pods. Staff was responsive to texts within the Goki app and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Two great nights sleep and a strong hot shower in the morning. Loved the bidets! I used 4 different bathrooms during my stay and every single one had toilet paper available.
+ The staff are nice, they did a good job cleaning also. The location wasn’t bad at all in Chinatown very private cubes

+ The location was good and the capsule was comfortable. Check in was easy and all the locks made things feel secure.
- The capsule did seem to squeak when I moved to I worried I was disturbing the other guests.

+ Location Price Electronic keys and locks
- Pods need a fan in them or some sort of airflow. It gets very muggy in there Bathroom showers need better water pressure. They basically dribbled water.
The good: convenient location, less expensive than a hotel, and... heated bidets! The not-so-good: confusing (app) check‐in; have to use the app to unlock doors (including locker); capsules feel super cheap and are really loud with the digital lock (push button, when it works) beeping and whirring, then the sliding door slamming, thin mattress, creaky floor/walls, feels stuffy, cheap lockers; both showers I tried had very low pressure; whole place just gave investment bro Air B&B.
