HOSTAL COLIBRI MINCA

One of the best hostels ive been to in Colombia. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to visit!

Great room with a balcony that led to the jungle. Sadly we had 4 cockroaches that ruined our stay… the staff wouldn’t let us get a refund but they did put some spray to kill the cockroaches! The pool was great and lots of different sitting areas. If it weren’t for the cockroaches we would have had a lovely time.

En revanche, le jour de notre arrivée nous avons trouvé le service d’accueil moyen car nous sommes arrivés en avance, on nous a proposé un endroit où attendre un peu car la chambre était bientôt prête. 4h plus tard toujours pas de nouvelles…on a fini par retourner la chercher et elle nous a alors dit qu’elle était monté nous chercher mais qu’on était partis…ce qui é...

We didn’t have the highest expectations for such a cheap dorm-room, and the dorm itself was okay. Mosquito nets and much space, but no lockers for luggage or valuables. The door was not able to close, so we had a few visits from cats, dogs and ants… The common areas were good, but the kitchen dirty and hard to use. Shady and cold place, so didnt really feel like using the pool. If you need a cheap place it’s okay, but I wouldn’t expect too much.
