I had such an amazing time at Parla! Staff and volunteers were lovely, location was amazing and there was never a dull moment! It is definitely more of a lively, outgoing hostel so if you’re looking to relax, it probably isn’t for you as there is always something happening if you start speaking to the right person! The building itself was beautiful and antique, with an amazing terrace bar. I had an amazing at Parla, met so many lovely people and will be back in the future :))

Best hostel in Buenos Aires! The staff and volunteers are super friendly and create a very social atmosphere. The terrace bar is the best part of the hostel to socialise at night and meet other people. Also the perfect location in central Buenos Aires with great public transport to explore different parts of the city.

Fantastic hostel in the best part of Buenos Aires. Near to all of the key tourist attractions, and several metro stations to get to those which are a bit further away. Really welcoming staff, especially Eve and Cielo on the reception, and a friendly group of volunteers who are always keen to include you in their plans in the city. Love the bar and view. Would recommend, 10/10.

great location not too far from any part of the city. was very clean and hosted social events most nights.

Great hostel in Buenos Aires! The hospitality is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference. The location is also perfect for exploring the city. Definitely recommend staying here.

super good location, stuff, and beds are very comfortable

The only good thing were the volunteers. Very kind and helpful. After that, I need to say my staying there was not comfortable at all, the only bathroom for men had two working showers of three, it looked like a prison bath tbf and was ALWAYS dirty and water was everywhere. the toilets were awful dirty and I needed to go to a cafe otherwise I couldn't go properly in there. The beds were mad cheap and if you or the below moved it felt like a boat. Everything was awful dirty in the kitchen anytime

Meh Came for atmosphere, but seemed as the long term volunteers had a group it was hard to socialize etc. Can see it being solid maybe if more people are being there but such a large amount of volunteers made it a clicky group tough to socialize. Other then that amentaties were ok, stayed at viajero when I came back to BA and vibe was 10x better imo.

Pros: Great location One of the cheapest hostels in Buenos Aires The girls working at reception are very friendly and helpful Cons: There are around 10 long-term foreign volunteers who have been staying for months and mostly socialize among themselves. I chose this hostel because of its high atmosphere score on Hostelworld, but as a newcomer to the city, this made it quite difficult to meet people and connect with others, which negatively affected the overall vibe. A lot of mosquitoes

Beautiful building with great potential, enjoyed our stay here but vibes can be a bit weird, staff were friendly but more focused on their own hanging out than the hostel itself. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to wake up with many mosquito bites

The rooftop balcony was the highlight, and the rooms are cozy yet spacious. Overall, not my favorite. The staff were nice but the vibe felt cliquey. It’s very party-oriented and got SUPER loud in the mornings. A bit too big to easily meet people. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it though others seem to enjoy it.

It was alright! The vibe was great and the rooftop is excellent. It was just kind of dirty and there were many mosquitos. Not a bad spot for young people.

Excelente ubicación y ambiente. La atención del personal es muy buena. Cercanía a las principales vías de Buenos Aires y a lugares de interés turístico. Muy recomendable.

Had a very comfortable stay here - the beds are cozy and the common areas are clean also the kitchen is well equipped. It’s a social vibe but you can also co work and have a chill quiet night! The best of both worlds. I would recommend Parla to anyone visiting Buenos Aires
