Mariana Hotel

HORRIBLE. The workers are extremely rude (especially Jenny), difficult to deal with, and sly . They tried to insist that we pay in cash and there were hidden fees not stipulated anywhere, like 50€ cash per person for a damage deposit and 3€/day in cash for an environmental tax. They tried to enforce ridiculous 'policies' that weren't written anywhere as proof. We also came back to our room twice with it left unlocked by the cleaners. FYI there aren't windows (just doors) and aircon is 10€/...

My friend and I had a great first time in Zakynthos, and I think the Mariana was great for people who aren’t trying to be in their hotel room for more than just sleeping and showering. The staff was very sweet to us. My only issues with it were, we didn’t know there was a €50 security deposit for each person staying in the room. You do get it back at the end of your stay, as long as you don’t break anything. But that was almost all our cash for the rest of the trip. It sucked but it ...

The Mariana hotel had a very strange atmosphere that made you feel quite unwelcome, the only way I can describe the staff is sly. Watch out for extra charges here they advertised free WiFi, a kitchenette, security lockers, AC etc but everything was charged there were no security lockers and the toilet didn't lock you could only get WiFi in the pool area, the kitchen was a sink & there were several unexpected charges but really close to the laganas strip, still I would not recommend this hotel.

troppo baccano la mattina presto. Se la sera fai tardi e sei capitato in una camera di fronte alla piscina.. beh ... in bocca al lupo!!! Per il resto non è un ostello ma un appartahotel, con tutti i confort che ne derivano.

Klant is koning gaat niet op in dit hotel. Bij aankomst blijkt dat je opeens extra moet betalen voor WiFi en airco. De WiFi blijkt ook nog eens erg traag. De badkamers stinken en de kamers zitten vol muggen. Het personeel is traag en legt de problemen bij de bezoeker in plaats van dat het een oplossing biedt.

DO NOT BOOK HERE The rooms are overly expensive, nothing included, no wifi, no AC, no power to the fridge, etc. The staff in the lobby/reception are friendly and kind The staff at the bar within the hotel are nasty. The Englishman was incredibly rude over something so small and could’ve said the same message in a respectful manner.

I came as a solo traveller and was made to feel very at home by all the lovely staff. I arrived very early from my flight and they were able to cater for me and check me in very early. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I’m in town or to recommend to friends. Big thank you to the staff!
