My favourite hostel of all time! Incredible staff that make you feel instantly at home and help with activities / organising further travel. The place is super clean, the facilities are great. I’ve stayed in a 4-bed female dorm and the room was huge, with single beds (no bunks), a private balcony and a bathroom next door. Beautiful views, lots of spots to chill. I booked 2 nights, extended to 6. The atmosphere there is incredible and I hope to be back one day.

Best hostel I stayed in! No bunk beds, a very big dorm room with comfortable beds and a private balcony with a beautiful view. The staff is super friendly and the short walk from the town absolutely worth it. I felt very much at home :)

Excellente auberge à San Augustin, placée sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée (15min du centre en descente/20 en montée). L'auberge est grande, bien équipée avec des espaces communs agréables. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lits confortables avec un balcon.

It's a great place to stay.. So peaceful, clean, friendly and secure.. Has beautiful garden to chill..I would definitely suggest..

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach so toll! Nettes Personal, tolle und idyllische Lage, super sauber und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, um runterkommen und ein paar entspannte Tage in San Agustin zu verbringen! Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen

I had the best time at Casa de Nelly and would’ve loved to stay even longer than I already did. It’s a place where you quickly start to feel at home, especially because of the warm atmosphere and kind people working there. The surroundings are beautiful, the village is really cute with lots of nice places to eat and I felt really welcomed and safe all the time.

Amazing place. The elderly cleaning lady was mostl grumpy and distant, I tried to cheer her up and finally got a smile.Theres's as well as younger family of owners living there and the lady seemed quite distant to me, it's always a bit weird when owners who got fed up with guests hang out in the communal spaces for guests. the kitchen has a worn out feel to it, but in a Colombian context that's totally OK. I didn't count those things into my ratings because the rest was simply awesome.

Casa de Nelly is such a beautiful and cozy place that just invites you to spend a lot of time there. Harry and the staff are super kind and always happy to help. One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Can definitely recommend coming here!

Me quedé diez noches en Casa De Nelly y me hubiera quedado mucho más tiempo! En este encantador jardín hay muchos lugares para relajarse y descansar. Por eso pude recargar energías muy bien aquí, aunque me alojé en uno de los dormitorios femeninos. Harry me ayudó mucho con mis planes de viaje. Estoy deseando volver aquí en el futuro!!

Je pense que c'est mon hostel préféré de toute la Colombie. On s'y sent comme chez soi et les rencontres y sont vraiment faciles.

Pour les voyageuses seules, je recommande de la vigilance. L’homme de la réception peut mettre mal à l’aise. Aussi, il a fait une scène parce qu’il ne voulait pas laisser deux lits qui étaient innocupés à des clients qui étaient pris tard dans le tonnerre et la pluie… assez spécial. Sinon, l’endroit est très beau et le reste du personnel est très aimable.

The best hostel I’ve stayed in during my 3 months in Colombia. Beautiful location, the kitchen is amazing and the bed is super comfortable. The feel of the hostel is so cosy it felt like I was at home. Harry is so helpful, very welcoming and always there to help for advice on places to visit and organisation. His music and humour is 10/10 and I know I’ll be back one day ! Gracias por todo 😁

Super schönes, ruhiges Hostel. Etwas abgelegener, dafür aber eine wunderschöner Garten und tolle Aussicht. Leckeres Frühstück Café und die beste Heiße Schokolade die ich in Kolumbien je hatte. Es gibt Hängematten in denen man gut entspannen kann. Kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen !!

Me he sentido muy bien en el hostel Casa de Nelly. Todo está hecho para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. La habitación era muy agradable y grande. El receptionista es de muy buen consejo y muy simpático. El ambiente entre los huéspedes también es muy bueno. Así que recomendaría a 100% este hostel!

Such a nice, calm, green and friendly place. Employees were so nice, offered tips and were really thinking of you (have been asked about a taxi to the bus terminal before I could even ask myself). So go there, worth the money :).

Très chouette auberge, on s'y sent vraiment comme a la maison, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le jardin est très agréable et le personnel super aidant. Merci Harry pour tous tes conseils !

Das Casa de Nelly ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb vom Ort San Agustin und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)
