We had a really lovely few days here. The room was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a microwave on each floor and an electric small oven if needed. Cleaning was impeccable and rooms cool and airy despite the high temperature. Very reasonable price for lovely traditional accommodation.

Nice place, not a lot to do around it (or in the city). Good for 1 night, not more.

There were a lot of positives such as security, location, staff, atmosphere, and cleanliness. I liked my hair dryer, mattress and pillow which is what saved me. However, so many things didn’t work in our room, and that was after we changed rooms (the AC flooded the floor). The frig wasn’t cold enough, the AC didn’t work. I didn’t figure out how to work the shower until it was too late, but that one’s on me.

Clean, safe and an old world charm is how I would describe the hostel. Location very central...great recommendation for eateries and a warm welcome by the host, Ramon and the grand lady who owns the place.The only thing lacking was a kitchenette but then my stay was just for one night and who wanted to cook anyways!
