Only stayed for one night. Rooms were rather small but manageable. Kitchen was well equipped and staff were lovely. My friends locker we were able to put a lock on, whereas mine I could not. Struggled to find it originally but there’s a small sign with a big gate that you have to enter through first. Located far away but directly next to the metro (M1 line) and there were supermarkets nearby. Good for a short stay :)
Not close to Milano centrale at all. Staff was very kind, owner not so much.
The people working there are nice and they welcome you kindly. The main problem here is I booked this hostel because “looked cheap”, it was just for one night and they charged me 6€ extra for “taxes and towels services”. I told them I didn’t need them but they told me it wasn’t optional. I paid because I really wanted to rest but for that price I could book a hostel closer to center, anyway. The quality of the beds and plugs are not the best :(

It’s a really good place to stay in Milan, conveniently located near a metro station. It was my second time there, but I was deeply upset about how they handled the situation when I forgot some personal belongings, to the point of almost refusing to keep my things safe until I could come back, simply because it would take three months. So that was my last time there.
Stayed less than 3 hours due to bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms and back and couldn’t sleep. Staff denied responsibility, claiming it was mosquitoes, and refused a refund despite clear evidence of unsanitary conditions. I had to leave in the middle of the night without another place to stay. Extremely unprofessional handling of a serious health issue. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hostel.
It was terrible The smell of my room was like as in a funeral. I had to book a hotel instead.
Pretty good place. Recieved email in advance asking to check in online and submit passport number etc to save time on arrival - but they still needed my passport on arrival anyway, so the online check-in seems a waste of time...
Deviam controlar o barulho mesmo durante o dia, tinha um rapaz de origem Africana que ficava ouvindo músicas no celular bem alto, dava pra ouvir muito bem do quarto e também ficava com som alto da musica no refeitório, isso incomoda muito, não somos obrigados a ouvir o gosto musical dele, já falaram pra ele que tem uma coisa chamada, fone de ouvido.
Sketchy area and the bathroom was gross. Bunk beds were so cheap it gave me motion sickness
Pésimo lugar, me tocó una cama llena de chinches que me picaron, no hubo nadie que me pudiera ayudar por qué solo hay personal hasta la media noche … tuve que dormir fuera de la habitación

This hostel was pretty nice. About a 20 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very kind and helpful. My main issues were the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in

In my experience, the only thing that stood out was the location, because the other services left a lot to be desired, starting with the cleanliness in the bathrooms, kitchen and rooms, there was a generally unpleasant smell in all the rooms, regarding the room where I stayed I must say that unfortunately I could not sleep well because there were fleas or bedbugs that bit, I also did not like the reception, it was very unfriendly unlike other hostels.
The bathroom and dorm floor were disgusting, the washer ruined a pair of my shorts, and I doubt the bedding they gave me was washed properly. $85/night is a delusional price but it was literally my only option. I couldn’t even get into the property at first, the door was locked. I got lucky and some guy that worked next door came through with a key.
Staff took a while to check me out from my stay. The bathrooms were a bit grimy, and security allowed non residents to sneak into my dorm.
The staff is wonderful! I had lots of questions and all of them, Andrea, Giovanni and Gabriel did their best to help me out!
Imagine lying down and out of nowhere you see 3 bed bugs on your pillow and another 4 on your sheets. They bit me all over my body. It was a terrible experience!! I notified the front desk and they just changed my sheets. But there were still bugs in my bed. I think they went to do a deep cleaning the next day, but just in case. Don't stay here.
