The Best Hotel

Struttura molto carina ed adeguata allo standard 2 stelle. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Unica cosa negativa la carenza di prodotti compresi nella colazione per gli intolleranti (per esempio: latte di soia, latte d'avena o di riso). Ci è stato negata la possibilità di averli, quindi mia moglie ha dovuto comprare il necessario per la propria colazione. Ricordo che la colazione era compresa nel prezzo quindi è stata pagata ma non consumata.

En general fue una estancia regular. Lo único que detesté fue la cama: el colchón estaba deforme y no pude descansar como me hubiera gustado.

Great hotel in a convenient location. The shower door had a very narrow opening and there was some mould in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was a very decent for being included in the price. We’d stay here again for sure - it’s good value!

I went to the hotel at the check in time of 2pm. The staff said I cannot go to my room coz it was not ready yet. He said it will be ready by 6pm. I had a long journey going to Milan and was planning to have a rest and freshen up but i had to go outside and wait for my room to be ready. They didn’t offer any compensation and were not really helpful. I booked this holiday several months ago coz it was for my birthday. They ruined it. It should be called The Worst Hotel Ever!

La ubicación es buena, la atención de los recepcionistas también. Tiene elevador, y el desayuno que te brindan es perfecto para iniciar el día (Café, chocolate, jugo, pan dulce y salado, fruta, yogurth, cereal, jamón y queso)

Excelente hotel, buen precio y buena calidad. Ofrecen un desayuno bastante completo.

Room was fine, basic as expected. The area is dodgy at night but well connected. Felt like a scam though - when left we told we were told we were given the wrong room and needed to pay extra for it. Person at reception was horrible and handled it very badly. Seems like a good deal but when you have to pay £25 extra a night not so much…I’d just stay somewhere else.

A good stay but a bit far away from the city centre, would only stay for a short amount of time.

Staff were superb and very helpful after we arrived much later than planned. Great suggestions for local restaurants that were still open at 11pm! Superb value for money and very handy for the train station.

Close to Milano Centrale, public transit, and a coin laundry just down the street. Staff was really nice and helpful!

Hotel The Beat jest the best.Jestem bardzo zadowolona.Przy najbliższej okazji , będę chciała ponownie z niego skorzystać.Obsługa,oferta hotelu,warunki,lokalizacja na najlepszym poziomie, spełniają w 100%moje oczekiwania.I jeszcze to śniadanie z pyszną kawą!!!

Before judging this place, keep in mind Milan is a very big city (much bigger than me and my travel companion realized)! The Best Hotel is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place on a budget! Very responsive. They have a 24 hour service desk with friendly staff (Shout out Chris!). Rooms were clean and we did not know they were cleaning staff but that was appreciated. Far from city center but a lot of public transport and ubers! Area is a bit sketchy but near to the train terminal.
