Bad Organisation, everything online without someone there. Which meant that we had to wait about an hour for the reply on our check-in. Someone else even much longer. And on top (which might have been our faulty expectation) no kitchen only a microwave and incredibly small fridge. The rooms themselves were clean enough at least.

Basically it should be an Airbnb not a hostel, 3 gates/codes to enter which is like a maze. Pretty clean tbh but there no hostel vibes at all, no check in desk, the kitchen is just a microwave without anything else. Also the I paid everywhere else in Milan around 3.5€ as a city tax, they charged me 5.3€ I don’t know why!!

I felt very satisfied withthe hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spaceful. Plus, it's close to the city centre (about 30' by bus and tube). I would come back next time!

I don't know why people are leaving bad review. The owner sends you a video on how to enter. maybe watch it... felt very safe behind 3 gates. clean rooms. bathroom doors are sticky and need to be replaced. little lower on facilities because of that a clogged shower drain. overall great experience! there's no staff on hand but the owner is very responsive

Impossible to get into the property I ended up being forced to leave do not book.

Malheureusement mon amie et moi n’avons pas dutout apprécié le logement. L’organisation du check in est terrible puisqu’il n’y a pas de réception. Nous avions du attendre 1h statique dans le logement pour pouvoir poser nos affaires car un monsieur faisait notre lit, il était 14h30.. Les portes ne se ferment pas, l’eau est froide puis tout d’un coup brûlante. Le seul point positif je dirais c’est que les lits sont plutôt confortable, mais en mettant 10/20€ de plus vous trouv...

Não tem água, nem geladeira. Não recebi o e-mail de check in, fiquei mais de horas na rua tentando entrar. O chuveiro só fica quente as vezes, isso é ruim.O local parece um bunker, mas se você quer só dormir e pronto, dependendo do valor, é uma boa opção somente para dormir.

Getting in was weird and the rooms all were opened with physical keys. If someone in the room purposefully or accidentally took the key with them, everyone else would be locked out. There were no towels or bath mats. I usually don’t mind that but it meant the bathrooms were always soaking wet. Tomando en cuenta es un lugar nuevo, hace falta Aire Acodicionado por que con las temperaturas del verano se hace imposible dormir, además que hay mosquitos por q abres las ventanas para ventilar, en las áreas comunes hace falta un refri para almacenar cualquier alimento o líquido. Son agua potable. De resto es un lugar para resolver la noche

Very new hostel, you feel it and it feels pleasant. Great matrasses no kettle but I'm sure they'll fix it soon Administrator responds immediately even on Sunday evening

Most strange hostel I've even seen. Entrance is terrible and so difficult. Nobody is there to help you. No facilities there. No hair dryer, No towels. I don't recommend it at all.

Wish I could give them higher because they’re brand new, but unless you need to stay somewhere cheap like I did I would not recommend staying here. There is an online key card system because there’s no staff, which is fine except the key card didn’t work on the gate which meant I had to jump over the fence surrounding the property multiple times.
