- The parking was over priced and the parking garage is a nightmare to maneuver in.

- No room service, elevators took more than 30 mins at one point & the bathroom needed some work

+ I really enjoyed my stay. The facility was quite nice and well-maintained. However, what really stood out was the staff's friendliness. Every single staff member greeted me with a smile and made sure my needs were being met.

- Overall, the facilities were exceptional for the price range. There was an issue with the elevator while we were there, but it was resolved the next day. A hot tub would have been nice.

+ Much fancier than I was expecting and our room was fairly large. The bar in the lobby made excellent drinks. We also loved being in the middle of Little Italy.

- The elevators are super slow and the rooms didn’t have water cups.

+ The neighbourhood is great, and the breakfast options are very nice.

- They dont inform apriori that room cleaning is once in two days, we were misguided about late checkouts too, the staff dont seem to follow a single protocol, one person says something in the evening and the other says something else the next morning, completely opposite. They should be briefed clearly about the rules and whether they can make exceptions. The staff at the breakfast service are slow and inattentive. A buffet option would have been nice in such cases!
