Cristalinas Hotel

First, my reservation clearly states that breakfast is included, however it has not been provided at any time during my stay. Secondly, there is no running water in the property, and basic necessities such as toilet paper are not being replaced. I have had to go to reception myself to request it, and even then I was given a partially used roll. In addition, the swimming pool is not filled and there is construction next door.

Gorgeous view and good breakfast which is an extra Q30 a day but worth it in my opinion. Great location very close to the lanchas and most bars and restaurants. The only thing is that it is very thin walls so you can hear literally every noise that happens at night so definitely bring ear plugs. But definitely a good stay for a good price.

Muy buen alojamiento y muy recomendado. El Personal muy amable, el desayuno super delicioso, la ubicación muy centrada, con una vista increíble y un ambiente muy tranquilo. Ideal si se quiere alojar en un lugar cómodo, económico, tranquilo con buena ubicación.

the hostel is clean and the bed comfortable. but the place is so noisy.. a lot of noises woke me up even with my earplugs, bar in the street, people on the roof ect.. the breakfast was nice and the view too. but we didn't rest as we needed.

Would recommend! A bit difficult to find using Google Maps but worth it. Breakfast was so good and the view with breakfast was right on the water. Had private room with en suite bathroom.

Decent breakfast (not what is pictured: pancakes or tipico breakfast) but took up to an hour to come each time. Nice view onto the lake but next to the noisiest bar/road. Comfortable beds but the room had dirty floors and the hot water was unreliable. Also had to empty toilet bin ourselves.

Nice hostel with really friendly staff. Located on the pub street with really friendly staff. Would recommend!
