The MadHouse Prague

Decent hostel with great, friendly staff that clearly make a great community. the kind of hostel you could easily stay at for weeks. I stayed in the 8 bed mixed dorm, and it should be noted that only some of the beds have a curtain on, and most are just normal single beds. and because of where the toilet is, you could get super unlucky and havepeople walking past your head whenever they go to the bathroom. but otherwise decent. the lockers needa padlock to use.

I really enjoyed my stay here; it's super social, and the staff is great. If you want to meet a bunch of people and go out with a group, this is definitely the place to stay. You will make so many great memories! Just in being a social hostel, some people weren't the cleanest, and it wasn't the quietest, but I honestly didn't have that much of a problem with it.

I had such a great time at this hostel! I was solo traveling so it was really nice that I could go on my own or choose to have numerous events with the people I met! Some of the most fun I’ve had and most fun people I’ve met at this hostel which made for a great time. Aino, Laurens, Jose, and Marius made it such a great time for us! Every time I said I wouldn’t go out, I had fomo and caved in. Definitely very social hostel and 10/10!!!

The Madhouse exceeded all my expectations! As a solo traveler, it was the perfect spot to meet people. Between the family dinners and the nightly pub crawls, there’s never a dull moment. The team is fantastic and they keep the place impressively clean and well-run for such a social hostel. If you want the ultimate party hostel experience, look no further!

Guys, BOOK IT. I just came back from Prague and I can say that I had the time of my life and part of that was because of this hostel! The volunteers and all the people that work there are very accommodating, friendly and it actually shows that they enjoy what they do. I cannot fault it in any way!

Great spot, one of the best hostels I have ever been in. Very cozy and social. I don’t love only having one bathroom in the dorms but there isn’t space for a bathroom hall so it’s understandable

The tram that goes outside is shaking the hostel when you are in bed. I had a bad experience one night, where one guest under me had sex with someone at 5am at night when i was in my bed trying to sleep. I ask them to stop and be quiet, but no. The reception is not open 24/7, so it was no one to get help from. Next day i told the receptionist about it, and he said this is normal in hostel. NO its not! bad attitude from him. In hostel you shud care about other guest and be quit at night.NO sex

An awesome, clean, and cozy place for folks looking to meet fun people, party, sleep a little, and have crazy nights. I checked out of this hostel with a gallery full of unforgettable memories after spending three nights there.

This was the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. This was by far the most social. Madhouse had group dinners, activities, and bar crawls [Pub Golf!!] that made it so easy to meet people. I had some of the most memorable and fun times here! Don’t hesitate book this one!! The staff is super nice and fun. The people that stay there were solid. Made some great friends. It’s near everything. The bars, food, and the castle. Go here!!

The place is close to the center and well connected, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The cleanliness is good but could be improved, and the only negative point is the people you might end up with. In my case, I was in a room with a group of drunk guys, shouting and vomiting, not letting the others rest. The bad thing is that at night there's no one to stop them, but it's a lottery; if you're lucky with your roommates, it's a good place to stay.

A great hostel to stay!!! I had much fun with the activities provided by the great staff ;) The hostel is located in the centrum, and that makes going out great!

The best hostel I’ve stayed in so far , the staff were so great and genuinely looked like they loved their job , the rooms were great , the beds had curtains and a clean shower / toilet in the room , they do drinking games every night and I loved meeting everyone , you can buy cheap bottles of beer in the hostel too , overall a phenomenal hostel , I will be using madhouse again

This is actually the best hostel I have ever stayed at. It was such a good vibe, the people are so friendly, the rooms are pretty nice as well, and the staff is incredible. They truly seem to care that the people staying in the hostel are having a great time and the events organized are so fun.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Madhouse!! Soffie, Andre, Rosa, and everyone else were absolutely awesome and made me want to extend my stay. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at, and I will be back!
