No key for door of the room, no locker for baggage.
I love the location, the staff and the facilities
En general está bien, pero la ubicación sí que es mala. Puedes lavar la ropa, te dan una toalla, la cocina está muy bien. La recepción está abierta 24hs. Solo que la ubicación es muy lejos del centro
Nice location
I arrived and was told that the internet didn't work. I got to the room and toilet wasn't flushed properly. It said that there were towels as part of it and when I went to ask for one I was greeted with a sigh by the member of staff. I then asked the best way to get to the centre and if they had any maps of Warsaw and was told to use google maps, which I couldn't get onto due to the internet being non-existent. I booked another place and took the financial hit. Poor place, facilities and staff.
Worst hostel I've ever been to in any country in the world. I had requested a bed on the bottom due to my disability. When I arrived, they had booked me a top bunk, but on the first floor. Then the blonde Russian/Ukrainian lady made me move rooms three times. Due to my disability, I have trouble going up and down the stairs, which she was making me do. I told her I was having trouble and she didn't really care. She made me fall down two flights of stairs. I spent the entire night in the ER.
Congratulations!!
My bed was infested with bed bugs so I didn't sleep there. Would not recommend. They offered me another bunk bed in another room which I rejected for obvious reasons (bed bugs are usually in the entire house, once they're in the house). The colour was strong red, which means they had previously eaten. Also the overall atmosphere was weird. Many Eastern European workers were wandering through the area and house. I would definitely not recommend this place for alone travelling women.
At 10 PM, I spent two hours in an Uber trying to find the hostel. There was no sign, no one around who knew anything, and no help whatsoever. I ended up paying almost as much as my flight for the Uber, only to return and sleep at the airport. No one even answered the phone. This level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable.
I did not like the vibe. I stayed 1 night in a cramped room with 5 other beds. There were cameras everywhere. The vibe was not social when I was there.
Worst hostel in Warsaw
It was good to be able to check in at 1 am. The bed was metal frame, which is also good. We stayed one night. The shower in upstairs seemed freshly renovated. The house is maybe old and repurposed to be a hostel? Seems like a place some people stay for a long time due to their housing situation? It was a calm atmosphere, no party. Strict no alcohol policy. Do take 20 sloty cash for key deposit. A some distance away from the centre.
