Erciyes Hotel

Отель в аварийном состоянии. Я ранее тоже останавливался здесь. Ничего абсолютно не изменилось в хорошую сторону

There was no running water and the toilet did not funktion. The people smoked inside and there also was no shower in the room. The room was dirty and also the bedsheets and blanked looked not good. I would not recommend staying there.

Manager denied the HostelWorld confirmation message saying they had no room available for me. At 11:30 pm, I had go to 3 other hotels for one to open door and accommodate me. The hostel "Erciyes" later fraudulently advised HostelWorld I had not showed up that was absolutely a lie, and I eventually ended up staying over that night at a nice hotel nearby. To my view, that man rented my room to someone else, pretended I had not turned up for charging me as well, for 1 room rented to 2 peop...

Post war place, with confirmed reservation, the reception staff with an arrogant and rude attitude, sent us away using the excuse of not having received a reservation. Apart from the inconvenience, it was better this way because the place, already from the reception, seemed scary and the person who welcomed us seemed like a scammer.I absolutely recommend that you do not book.

there are bedbugs. everything is dirty. it's small and unhealthy. I'm not exaggerating. I strongly advise against it.

Wirklich schlimmes Hotel. Bucht auf gar keinen Fall dort ein Zimmer. Es war komplett dreckig, überall Schimmel an den Wänden, im Klo war ein Scheißhaufen als wir ankamen, kein Toilettenpapier, nur einen Schlauch als Dusche, das Leitungswasser hat gestunken, das Bett war klar erkennbar seit mindestens einigen Monaten nicht mehr gesäubert, geschweige den gewaschen wurden. Ich habe auch mies Ausschlag vom Bett bekommen, obwohl ich die Decke nicht mal benutzt habe. Das Fenster war Kaputt, usw......

it was the worst place that I ever been - the state of the place is not even suitable for animals- that place should shut down - I am not very so sure even the hostel world is a trustable site too so much so that I am about the cancel my credit card and make a complain

Bu otel çok kötü, buzdolabı yok, klima yok, odaların içi çok kötü kokuyor, banyo kapıları eskimiş, sıcak su yok hayatımın en kötü günü. kiraladım, benden 16.000 aldılar, bir gece bile uyumadım, parayı da bana iade etmediler. Bunu İstanbul turizm güvenliğine bildireceğim.

Don't even think to click book button, it's a big mistake to book , I left the room directly and booked another hotel's room

Nothing like on the pictures, it is a slum. Don't expect anything from management. That hotel should not be able to be booked online.

Absolutely awful place with awful location, had to book another hotel last minute. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

het was er vies, je kon de bedwantsen zien lopen. veel schimmel op het plafond. ze rookte binnnen in het hostel beddengoed zaten vlekken en scheuren in. 1 pluspunt van dit alles is het vriendelijk personeel
