Nice hotel, but the family room for three is more a suite for two

The hostel was clean and quiet. The bathroom and shower was great. The location is very convenient close to Gare du Nord and metro stop (that was closed). It is about 30 mins walk from Notre Dame. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out staff were a bit unfriendly. The rooms are a bit old. Overall great stay and would recommend for families on a budget. I stayed (single mom) with two teenaged boys. Worked well for us.

The staff was so friendly and spoke English very well! We stayed on the 6th floor, so they carried our bags up the stairs for us due to no elevator. We loved starting and ending our day with a hot chocolate from the lobby, free. Overall, the hotel was small, but safe, clean and well designed. It was perfect for our 3 days in Paris!

Great hotel, clean and quiet. Great value for Paris.

We made a short trip to Paris for a few days and decided to stay at Hotel Ernest because the location is close enough to the city centre that you can walk and the price is still reasonable compared to other hotels. It’s a very nice and clean hotel with pretty decor and the staff was very friendly too & answered all our questions. Can definitely recommend for anyone who wants to visit Paris :)

Loved my stay decided to stay 2 days later! So close to metro and the staff were so kind.
