Corona Rodier

Good situation in a safe neighbourhood. On two different Metro lines which gave excellent accessibility. Wifi was bad and room very small. It was cleaned every day and there was a small lift to help with suitcases. Very little storage for 3 people. Staff were very helpful especially with bookings and transport.

The ac didn’t work, things in the bathroom were broken. It says level four and five have balconies, and our room said it had a balcony when we booked it, but it had a window that faced interior to the other lower windows of the complex, not a balcony. It says continental breakfast on the listing and does not say euros by that so we figured it was free, it was not! They charged us later a ton of money for very little food. Not what we wanted and too much for what we got.

Staff was nice and accommodating for the average backpacker. Rooms severely needed a face lift, carpet was dingy and stained, peeling paint on walls, and there was some mold in the caulk in the shower. Bed was comfy and all of the linen appeared very clean. Basic hotel shampoo/conditioner/lotion/hand soap was provided. Instant coffee items were also provided although we didn’t use them. Balcony on the 4th floor was adorable.

Convenient to metro, cafes, and shops. Clean and tidy.

Dificil comunicarse con el personal que nos toco a nuestra llegada porque no hablaban español ni ingles. La habitacion muy limpia aunque tenia olor a cigarrillo cuando no era para fumadores. El baño cómodo, la habitacion tenia televisor (sin netflix ni apps) heladerita y pava electrica. El resto todo muy bueno y la ubicacion inmejorable para nuestros planes
