place was really nice, but there was NOBODY else there, at all, my whole stay if you are a couple, this place is perfect, quiet, cheap, nice beds, private bathrooms, kitchen too but if you want a party scene, you have to be the party it had bed and breakfast vibes more than hostel vibes but they let me in check in really late at night and came to get me from the airport incredible value for money anything in old town is almost an hour from the airport, know this going in

Staff was nice and helped me book a tour. Unfortunately, I did not see any other guests while staying there so no atmosphere really. They should really get new sheets, my ‘white’ sheets were stained yellow and the room smelled bad (like trapped humidity) when I arrived. Overall was cheap so can’t complain for the price.

La posada colonial was wonderful. They owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to get me to and from the airport. The room was very cozy, quiet, comfortable and extremely large for one person. My room had a great view of Panecillo lookout. I stayed there 3 nights. The location was a very convenient distance to many of the historical sites in the old town of Quito. I never once felt unsafe coming and going through the neighborhood. I would highly recommend!!!!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and cheap. What more do you want? Not a lot of clientele. I’m surprised more people don’t use this place. WiFi and the $3 breakfast were both excellent.

I was the only guess when I stayed there for a night. Nice colonial house, the place is nice and big, with nice rooms for the price. Good quality/price. The staff was nice and welcoming!

Great location in old town. Short walk to many sights and the main plaza. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with easy check in. Good building security. Nice rooftop patio. Was extremely quiet when we were there. Not the place to go if you're looking to meet others, at least at the time we were there. Overall very pleasant experience and great value for money.

So wonderful! Felt like home from the moment we arrived. Was able to park the car in their garage space for added security, and the space was safe and clean. Host was kind and breakfast was delicious!
