Absolutely great place, the rooms are huge, simple and effective, AC worked really well! The pool is stunning, with incredible views out to the mountains! Breakfast was good too, simple but all you need. Easy to book excursions through the hotel, but don’t… the ONLY air balloon company you should use in Vang Vieng is Above Laos, they go from a better place and for way longer, our ride through the hotel with the other company lasted 20mins for $120 and missed sunset! Book the buggy’s in tow...

Thomas was great and went above and beyond to help us when we arrived. Location is too far from main town and we had ants in the bed. Also my laundry got lost for 24 hours from their service but I did eventually get it back…Nice hotel overall though, but the pool was also very green around the tiles

Very spacious rooms with nice bathroom and daily cleaning services. Breakfast menu has a variety of eggs and lots of fresh fruit. Pool area was nice but felt slightly unfinished and poolside furniture was very uncomfortable. Excellent views but a 20 minute walk from town where all the restaurants are

Had a lovely stay here. I needed somewhere, clean, peaceful and relaxed and this ticked the boxes. The lady who I assume is the owner is such a sweat lady and will go to the moon and back for you. I booked a tour through this hostel in which I didn’t have the best experience - the owner offered me money back for the clothes I’d lost and offered me a lift into town to my next accommodation. There is a 15 min walk into the town and is why I dropped one star but for me wasn’t a problem :)

The staff at the hotel were so helpful with any questions we had for things to do and transport. They went out there way many times. The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice pool. The only things I would say is that the free breakfast stuff needs to be covered up better as it got dirty quickly and the noise at night is quite loud from down the street.

Best forever! Room is big and kept clean. Hot shower is great. Outdoor swimming pool is very clean. Amazing mountain views with hot air balloon's coming around every day. So friendly and helpful people working hard all day long to help if you need something. Best experience at the Garden Resort! Love this place and missing it already...

We stayed at 5 different hotels in Laos but this us our favorite place ever. The room is big with great mountain views and lovely hot shower. The staffs helped to organize amazing local tours. We also booked our speed train to Luangprapang at the resort. Excellent!

Great hotel with a nice pool. Stunning view from the balcony and pool area over the mountains. Friendly & helpful staff. Very priceworthy

Pool wasn’t finished, we read the reviews from months ago and thought that it had been enough time since then for them to finish it. However, it wasn’t. Had to use the other hotel for both pool and breakfast. Lady behind the desk was lovely to deal with though. Obviously it’s in Laos and insects and reptiles are going to be there, however, seeing a snake and a large amount of praying mantis quite close to your room isn’t exactly reassuring. No pool or breakfast as advertised. The hotel was empty apart from local people coming to the hotel and playing music very loudly though the night. Would not recommend.

I stayed here for three nights, solo female traveler. I felt very safe here. The walk into town was about 15-20 min which I liked. However the owner offered me rides to and from town everytime! I declined only because I like to walk. The breakfast was simple bc it is low season but still very good. Fruit, eggs, instant coffee, toast. I really had a good time at Garden Hotel. the room including the bathroom is clean, large and offers you everything you need for your stay. there are clean towels, soap, toothbrush, a kettle and instant coffee, flip flops for the bathroom and even a hair dryer. breakfast is included, you can choose between different dishes. in addition, fresh fruit, coffee, water and tea are always offered for breakfast. the hotel is new and quite modern furnished. Very nice clean room with excellent staffs. Breakfast was included with different kinds of fruit. We booked the hot air balloon there and it was amazing. Already recommend out friends to stay at this resort next month when they visit Vang Vieng

Wonderful resort with nicest & kind people running it. Our card did not work when trying to use 2 different atms, Ms Spring even lend us her money so that we could pay for our dinner. The hotel itself is very new and nice but really the people of this place make it much much nicer. Thanks again for offering us an amazing stay!

If i can, i would like to rate 1000/1000 for this hotel. New, big and clean room with everything you need (A/C, private bath room, hot shwer, clean towels, soap, kettle, free bottled water daily). Great mountain views from where you can see air balloons coming arround, fantastic shower and comfortable king sized bed!

I loved the garden hotel!!! It was very clean and we had a big room!! The staff was so Nice and helped us a lot with our visa and Nice hostels in Vietnam as Well! I would recommend, very good experience.
