Do not stay here; they scammed me by not telling me the room I booked was broken, I arrive almost at midnight so I desperately take the only room they offered which was more expensive; no sink and stains everywhere on walls and bedsheets. One of my pillows had mold on it; do not book this place

- Es war sehr dreckig. Der Fußboden im Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig, das Bad nicht gründlich geputzt und die Bettlaken hatten einige Flecken. Es gab kein Waschbecken im Badezimmer.

+ We appreciated the late night check-in, but in hindsight, it would’ve been better if no one let us in.
- This is possibly the dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed (been backpacking Asia for 9 months). There’s a build up of dirt on the floors and stairs. No hot water, no toilet paper, people smoking inside constantly. We thought it was a good location, but it turned out to be a really shady part of town. They also double charged me (we paid cash on arrival and they debited my card). They won’t respond or refund me. Better to just avoid them all together.

+ Lo único que pudo rescatar es que el aire acondicionado funcionaba.
- Al llegar abrí la puerta del baño y se cayó el vidrio que tenía en la puerta, se rompió y se me hizo un pequeño corte en mi dedo pulgar, menos mal no fue grave y solo fue piel y no tendones o ligamentos. Cuando fui a avisarle al staff me dijo “aah ok”, eso fue todo. La puerta finalmente quedó con un agujero donde se perdía la privacidad del baño. El WC está suelto, cada vez que nos sentábamos se balanceaba, aparte que estaba muy sucio como si no limpiaran hace meses. Al ducharnos no salía casi agua.
