Good place, helpful staff, fun activities!

Beautiful hostel. We loved the private tent cabins and the pool! Had a lovely stay here after wrapping up our camping safari in Chobe. Loved that we could order a great breakfast & dinner for a good price.

Wir haben eine Nacht gebucht, 4 Mädels ins 10 Bett Zimmer. Die Treppe die nach oben führt geht gar nicht zu schmal, steil und uneben. Der Geruch oben war ebenfalls ziemlich unangenehm. Wärme steht auch oben, aber die Klimaanlage wird abends und über Nacht an gemacht. Dennoch nie frische Luft. Moskitonetzte gibt es auch kein. Die Lampen haben geflackert und waren leider kaum hell genug. Uns war es zu dreckig und es hatte kleine Insekten im Bett. Auf Nachfrage gab es dann fairerweise ein Upgr...

Cool looking place. Staff were wonderful and you can book a few activities from here too. Would come back again!

Really peaceful and serene hostel close to the national parks. We stayed for two nights to do safari and really enjoyed it. The setting and atmosphere of the hostel is very serene and the pool is very refreshing. I stayed in the mixed dorm and the room was a decent size and beds comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of mosquito nets and the fact the door was left open during the day which meant they got in before night.

Ein anheimelndes Hostal. Die Gemeinschaftsküche lädt zum "socialising" ein, ein grünen Gartenbereich mt Pool zum entsoannen. Vom Hostal aus können Fahrten in den Chobe NP mit Safarijeep oder Bootsfahrten auf dem Chobe und zu anderen Zielen wie den Viktoria Fällen unternommen werden. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hostal liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Für Selbstfahrende kein Problem, ansonsten kann man sich fahren lassen. Da gibt es nix zu meckern.

Nice rustic hostel and good base for exploring Chobe. Location is out of town so not walking distance to anything but provides good value for what it offers. Good kitchen area for cooking and nice room. The main issue I had was most of the staff (not all) weren’t very helpful or friendly. They could also improve the hostel by stocking a few things like more drinks or snacks to sell as the hostel is far from any shops

Good price. Not a good location. Couldn't help with tours (one day they had none, the following day they were full), even though we'd contacted them about the tours 3 weeks in advance. Initial reception guy not very helpful or friendly. Nice pool. Limited kitchen (power tripped a few times, and insufficient pots / cutlery, etc).

I had a good time at Elephant Trail, the staff and the facilities are great , and of course the game drives and boat cruises are amazing! Their prices for safaris are the best you can find!

Elephant Trail was amazing!!! We had a superb time here. The activities through the hostel were really well done and were a great value compared to other tour operators. We did a game drive and multiple boat cruises, which were all awesome! The place itself was very cute with nice rooms and a pool. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful with arranging taxis, tours, and even buying bus tickets while we were on our game drive. I couldn't rate them higher. Great stay, very secluded and quiet. Originally booked the mixed dorm but got upgraded to the tents because of renovations. Tents were very nice, however it gets SUPER cold at night. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket available

Nice stay in a town near Kasane. Felt very save. The pool was great. Got dinner eventhough the hostel wasn't busy with backpackers at the moment of stay. First staff members were superb but not the ones when I left. Very near to the Zimbabwe border. If you can't join a hostel tour, check out the tour agent Willi on the main road.

Cheap, friendly, GREAT prices for Safari to Chobe or transfer to Vic falls. Great crew of people. Loved the lush, green environment of the hostel. Beds were a little hard but cannot complain for the price!

The place is amazing, really pretty and comfortable. Great choice for the cheap price. The staff is also super friendly. Activities are a bit costly, but I guess thats similar for all of the places and their activities in Kasane.

Lugar muito bom, quartos confortáveis e a hospitalidade dos funcionários é ímpar. O almoço e jantar muitos bons com comida local.
