Made the booking a month in advance with a group of 7 people, hostel confirmed all reservations and accepted the deposit, we showed up at the hostel the day of booking and was told that our “booking was never confirmed” and had no chose but to find accommodation elsewhere
Terrible. After booking a month ahead and putting down a deposit I was told my room was booked out and they couldn’t do anything to help. I am yet to get back my deposit and don’t think I will
