Central Boutique Villa, in old Town

Located on a back alley next to a derelict building this hostel is very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. However our arrival greeting was not warm we were not told breakfast times and so missed our breakfast on the first day because we needed to leave at 0800 and it was too early. We had breakfast this morning which was basic but freshly cooked, one coffee no juice. We discovered another homestay that was super friendly and had a pool, when we checked it was the same price.

Place was great and owner was nice!

Super schöne einfache Zimmer. Tolle Lage, nicht direkt im Getümmel aber in Lauf Nähe. Nur die Dusche war anstrengend, da es quasi unmöglich war die Wasser Temperatur konstant und angenehm einzustellen.

La réception n'est pas ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Une dame très gentille est là de 7h30 à 16h30 seulement. Ils ont laissé une clé sur le comptoir sans nom donc je n'étais pas sûr que c'était pour moi. Une autre couple n'avait pas le bon nom après leur clé. Ils m'ont changé de chambre à mi séjour en raison d'une erreur de réservation de leur part sans compensation pour une chambre avec moisie au plafond de la salle de bain

best place in hoi an!! i am definitely will come back the hosts was so kind and caring, ask about our day and help us with everything we were needed very clean! they clean the room every day . beautiful and charming place thank you for let me feel home.

New and shiny, a very calming and relaxing place to stay with beautiful rooms. The owners are very helpfull. Its a (nice) 10 minute walk to the old town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Central Boutique Villa for one day, and it exceeded all my expectations! This charming boutique property perfectly captures the rustic beauty and ancient cultural essence of Hoi An while providing modern comfort and luxury.

I returned to Central Boutique because my girlfriend and I really enjoyed its location. The place has a great atmosphere—maybe it's the plants around that adds to the vibe. It's clean and quiet. I connected my Netflix account to the smart TV, relaxed and fell asleep watching a movie.

This is a new opening Villa ! Everything was perfect , Its very nice , clean and tidy .. the prices are so reasonable ! The staffs are so kind and helpful !! Definitely recommend thi Central Boutique Villa ! Dont miss it!
