Everything was nice. Friendly staff, comfortable room and good location . Our only negative was the noisy dogs in the neighbourhood as they bark late in to the night.
This place is GORGEOUS. Santa Fe needs to be kept a secret from realtors! The hostel space was very well kept. Lockers for gear would be helpful but while I was there there was no concern for safety. The birds and roosters next door were VERY loud but I actually found it oddly charming and am an early riser anyhow (though the roosters began at 3:45am one day). The staff were not super friendly but not rude or anything. I presume they are just tired from a long busy dry season. :)
Great location but not a usual hostel. More private rooms and Families. Staff have been great also nice breakfast- relaxing hammock area!
Superbe ! On s'y habitue ;)
I had a wonderful stay at La Qhia. The kindness of the staff was outstanding, the rooms were in perfect condition and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. Santa Fe is a hidden paradise with some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered on my travels. Thanks a million!
Très mignon comme endroit, c’est très calme et reposant. Par contre les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées car les murs sont fait en mini tron de bois non uniformes. C'est un endroit parfait pour être loin de tout et pour prendre du temps pour sois.
Cozy place. Has a laundromat inside and a place to hand wash and hang your clothes/shoes after a muddy trek. No kitchen and no outside alcohol allowed because they have their own bar/restaurant, but they were closed to guests one of the nights we stayed there because someone booked it for a birthday. They have yoga classes in premise and you can freely use their yoga mats.
Restaurant staff were wonderful. Front desk man was super unhelpful and down right unpleasant. Overall the stay was wi fearful but if you need help with anything I recommend finding a friendly local
The dorms where small and it was really noisy with the AC from the other rooms (there is no AC in the dorm). There was just one bathroom for everybody...so.. No kitchen for cooking, as such a hidden place there should be one...
Super toller Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel! Besten Dank! Schöner Ort, sehr gemütlich, friedlich in der Natur!
A great place in a central location 🌸 I loved it and I’ll be back 🙏🏽
Santa Fe is beautiful and the website they give you is very helpful and gives you a good idea what to do in the area. Unfortunately the place has constructions going on and it was very loud. The noise started at 7am and was going on until 7pm. In my opinion 22$ is definitely too much for the place as the shower doesn't stay hot either. They told me that they want to get rid of the dorms. Maybe that is why it is not so well maintained. Dorm says 8 but they put only 4 people in.
The place is incredible beautiful and calm. Furthermore has this place created an app for all the activities around, it includes hiking trails, numbers of local guides, restaurants and more. Additionally they build a yoga deck and offer yoga classes, where also a lot of locals participate, so you easily get in interaction with the locals. The stuff was super helpful and nice.
We stayed here for one night and found it to be adequate for checking out the town of Santa Fe itself. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with the area. There were only 3 others staying here and so the vibe was lackluster and very quiet. The hostel is very close to the main town center and by a coop-market with an ATM. The main issue we had was the noise level from the adjacent "private" rooms. You could even hear whispers between the very thin stick walls and open ceilings.
