United Auckland

Had a solid stay at United Auckland. The location is central.I had a small issue with my bed when I first arrived, but one of the friendly staff came and fixed it straight away. It can get a bit noisy outside the hostel at times, but that is expected for a central city location. Overall, a reliable and helpful place to stay.

Good hostel, fairly basic comparatively to others I’ve stayed at but did the job for the short time I was there. Bed was not comfortable, I guess you can’t win em all. Close to city centre; but some warning it’s up some steep hills if you’re walking. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Sadly, we didn’t feel very comfortable during our stay. The hostel did not seem very clean, and the bathrooms were not cleaned daily as stated.

The bed linens were not changed and replaced with fresh ones after every guest. That is absolutely unacceptable to me. However, the rest was good. Everything else was clean overall, there was a large kitchen and other common areas, and the atmosphere was pleasant. But the issue with the bed linens alone is enough for me not to come back.

Prowadzą duży Hostel, a nie widzą cierpienia turysty z 12 godzinnym jet lagiem i zamykają kuchnię od 22 do 6 rano. Upychają w pokojach ludzi do pełna, a brak klimy. Brak przy górnych łóżkach choćby malutkiej półeczki na telefon i brak lampek. Światło tylko wspólne na suficie. Śniadanie to puste hasło, tylko zrób sobie grzankę. Biorą olbrzymią kaucję na wejściu, a brak informacji o jej rozliczeniu. Horror!

Auberge pas cher, bien placé, bien équipé et bien entretenue. Je recommande

Great start to our travels, rooms well catered for and clean. Received emails from the hostel during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Only lacked a bit of ambience but finding that could be down to the time of year we’re traveling! Thanks

Pluspunkt: Lage. Es gibt Handtücher. Preis-Leistung super. Frühstück ist inbegriffen. Hygieneräume immer top geputzt. Late Night Check-In war easy möglich. Minuspunkt: Im Zimmer war es unglaublich heiß.

L’hostel est bien. Par contre je ne recommande pas si tu veux rencontrer des gens.

There's a dog, his name is Milo, he looks like he's a cross between a plushy, a teddy bear and a lamb. He's very cute.

Excellent by all measure Would have liked a chair in room for dressing purposes…b

L’auberge est très bien, super propre ce qui est très apaisant. Le personnel est présent et répond aux questions et besoin à tout moment Les salles communes sont spacieuses et tout autant clean que les chambres. Je suis très contente de cette première expérience en auberge
